"Nice place, clean, well set up"

"Stayed here with a group of our family and friends. House had everything we needed for a nice relaxing weekend getaway. We cooked most of our food on the grill, but the kitchen seemed to be in perfectly fine order. Sufficient sleeping space for everyone. Nice having 2 bathrooms! Great location in Island Club just a short walk to the pool. And as always, the taxi services make staying in Island Club so very easy!"

"This was a nice cabin to stay in. In the back against a tree line so away from a lot of other cabin activity. The cabin was bright and open which we loved. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was nice but it is a cabin in a party town so you have to expect the small damages. The only thing I would say I didn't like was not having wifi so we couldn't play our music playlists. "

"Punin Bay was excellent a lot of fun. Stayed memorial day weekend so you know what I mean. House was very nice outside but inside was a little beat up. Trim was broken carpet was torn couches were dirty, pics on the internet really made the place look 100 times better. I was surprised to this cause we were emailed 3 pages of "do's an donts' so we figured it would be a class "A" place, Not really, Cigarette buds all over the yard stains all over the floor the sliding glass door was coming off the track if you pulled it to fast. Kitchen was very old a run down. But all in all it was a good vacation and we were there maybe 10% of the time anyway, yeah the place need a little help but it was somewhere to sleep."

"Good location in a nice development. The house itself was relatively clean and spacious, but in desperate need of some updates. The furniture is old (all of the dressers have broken drawers), the décor is old, the bathrooms are old, showers don't drain well, cabinets appear to be falling apart, etc. I like the Island Club, but would not stay in this unit again unless it's updated. I wouldn't recommend this house, but I would give another house within the Island Club a try ... the location and the pool are big assets!"

"This was a convenient location that was reasonably affordable for a two day stay for eight people. My only recommendation for the Island Club is to improve the Wi-Fi as it's not accessible within the home."

"This unit was a little nicer than others I have stayed in up there. The grill was new and they had two full beds in two of the bedrooms and a queen in the third so everyone could have their own bed. The TV was a flat screen and the couches were comfortable. Overall quality of the place is the typical well stayed in Island Club place, but this one has some upgrades which are nice. "

"The rental was neat and clean the staff was very friendly and helpful and the rental had lots of nice features, there were some things that should be repaired in the rental, like ceiling fans, one was hanging and the other made lots of noise. We should have left earlier because of all the rowdy people. The rental across from us had about 8 young people staying in it and they drank and stayed up to 4 AM. We couldn't even set outside and enjoy our last night there. They were throwing a football so I moved my vehicle because I thought they would hit it. This is defiantly not a family oriented type of place to stay. Way to many party animals."

"Staying at the Island Club was a far better experience for our family than staying at a hotel. At about the same price, we had three bedrooms a full kitchen and a deck with gas grill. "
