"The home was in a quiet part of Island Club. Ample area inside to relax, a large kitchen, and plenty of sleeping space. The only downside was the rotted parts of the rear deck and one of the picnic tables which made things a little dangerous. If those issues were addressed, we would definitely book the unit again! "

"11th straight summer boys trip. Me and my guys, would never stay anywhere else on the island. Coconut Pomp’s for safe and reliable transportation. A community pool that’s free to use and always a great way to meet our weekend neighbors. Can’t wait until next year! "

"Had a good stay. There were a few things that need to be done to improve the home we stayed in. The front porch light did not work, the back porch light was broken, 2 drawers in the fridge are broken and it seemed to be leaving water in the fridge. The light in the fridge also did not work. The ignitor on the grill did not work either.
We would recommend but give a warning as to the party groups that also stay there."

"If you're looking for a no-frills base for your family adventure on the island, #65 is an excellent choice. We return every year to the same cabin because it's such a great location. Pool is a stone's throw, but the cabin is nice and private and fits us down to the ground. Not a luxury vacation by any stretch of the imagination, but a wonderful spot to enjoy the island from."

"It was roomy and clean. The golf carts were a big issue. We had 3 And 1 had issues. But that was all for any issue."

"Overall, the house was in good condition. A couple things - the dryer worked, but did not actually dry any clothes. Basically, it wasn't throwing out any heat. There was also an infestation of ants on the kitchen counter. "

"We stayed at this location for a bachelorette party. It was perfect for our group. It was easily located. The amenities were as described. The property was clean. There was some prior damage to the clubhouse, but I was able to call and notify these were found upon our arrival. I would recommend this location to other groups. We loved Mojito Bay and other bars. We also enjoyed the pool, Mist. Thanks!"

"Pretty sure I filled this out before.Everything was very nice. There was actually no contact with and staff but the cart people. They were polite and very efficient. .The Island offered a lot of fun food and relaxing. But we did notice that the vfloor int he cabinwas filthy. Our 18 month old had filthy feet as she walke barefoot . There was a pile oof sand on the end table. . I just think the cleaners did a very good job. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. , a broken stool in the closet , trim felll off the corner of the wasll My grandson changed a light bulb. A mouse ate the banana bread on the counter,one shower head did not work. I left a note on the counter for all the things we found amiss so that we would not get charged for them . Basucally asll was smooth and fun but the cabin needed some help."

"All in all an ok place, the unit needs some TLC, had plenty of cabinet space but many drawer fronts were broken. Blinds on windows were beaten, bent screens missing, refrigerator was not plugged in so it took half a day to get somewhat cold. Mattresses pretty worn major sags, WiFi was good, and TV was good size of place was great, nice deck. Not very clean, I would give it a 5 out of 10 not sure if I will go back unless assured a better unit "

"This was our second stay with the Island Club over the past couple of years. They offer a good value for your money. Staff is courteous and easy golf cart rentals through the Island Club. Definitely worth taking a look at if you are planning a trip to Put IN Bay."

"I've stayed in Island club condos, but this was the 1st stay in the cabins. The check-in process could have been easier if the pre-trip instructions were updated. There was no mention of the tablet in the cabin to use for check in, and the wifi instructions taped to the router were incorrect. The previous guests left opened bags of chips, etc in the cabinets that we had to clean up. No other complaints. Island Club is extremely easy to work with, very professional. Received my deposit check about 10 days after arriving home. I definitely recommend Island Club and will use them again for my next visit!"

The grills were great and they yard was a very reasonable size. Overall the stay was perfect and made for a great weekend to celebrate my brothers upcoming wedding."

"I loved the island and everyone was friendly. The house was fairly clean and in pretty decent shape. It is a shame how some people treat other people's property. You could tell a lot of the damage I did see was caused by people not respecting others things. The only complaint I have is there was no frying pans. We had to use pots to make anything we were cooking. "

"Great Stay as always. My 4th year in a row staying at the Island Club for the Battle in the Bay Volleyball tournament, and 3rd time at #65. Again was not disappointed. Property is very clean and plenty of room for 10 people to stay!

My only complaint is that i think it is time for all the rental properties to have WiFi. I am pretty sure people would be willing to pay an extra 5-10 bucks a night for WiFi. Having Wifi at the pool is nice, but it would be better if it was in the villas also.

Overall, it was still a great stay and would stay here again!! Cant wait for next year!!"

"All went smoothly. Easy to get into. No longer a pond in the back, so view was not there. Numerous holes in the walls. Leather sofa had large damage areas. Pillows and comforters were in good shape. Perfect for a group of guys, but our wives would have complained incessantly. "

"Overall, a good experience. The cabin is pretty run down and damaged with what looks like no effort to fix it. The vents in the floor can seriously injure somebody and they look like they've never been replaced. There are holes in the walls and the bathroom floors are very gross. Not that we were expecting anything extravagant, but for the price we thought the place would be a little better kept up with. This is our 4th year to Island Club and this was the worst cabin yet."

"This was my groups first time being on the island out of season. Minus the the rain and cold we had a great time! The free music, beer, & food was awesome. I know my group appreciated the effort you put into making the weekend memorable. We look forward to returning next summer."

"This was a great place to have a bash! A bit far from downtown, but the cabs were cheap. Everyone in the club was friendly and seemed to all be there for fun."

Broken washing mashine. ..broken ceiling fan.. broken grille ...dirty house ..mold in the bathroom. ..old showers..dingy carpets...pool was nice but small the kids complained about the clorine and that there eyes were hurting....etc etc etc...

"It was an incredible experience. Was able to spend quality time with my closes friends on a weekend with near perfect weather. The taxi drivers were on point as usual, the house we stayed met all our needs, and downtown PIB was a great time. "

"Everything was good the stay was good the only thing was was that the back sliding door lock did not work and the code for the door did not work either. The first night we were locked out of our place because we made a trap for the unlocked door because we didn't want people going into the home and taking stuff. Thankfully a window was unlocked and we got in that way. The code that was given to us did not work I emailed the email that was provided for us through the island club app I had to email them twice before they responded and the second email said someone was on their way to help but after 2 in a half hours of waiting we called the number on the refrigerator and she gave us another code then. So instructions to clean up and contact information should be set to each house and it should only be one person or one set of instructions."

"This rental slept six guys comfortably. We were looking for a place to stay that was close to where we wanted to fish and this was it. The parking situation was less than ideal. I was very disappointed with the slobs that had thrown garbage into and around the pond. Other than the weather we had a good time and will return again next year."

"Other renters seemed to be primarily college kids. On the weekend the place was basically a non-stop party, with music played near the pool and everyone having a good time. This was great for our bachelor weekend, but perhaps less so if this were a family visit with children. We were very happy with the stay though, and the shuttle service was especially useful."

"I was alittle disappointed with the inaccurate bed sizes, kitchen drawers were in poor shape. Ceiling fan did not work, kitchen exhaust hood did not work. Gas grill on deck was in poor working order."

"I rented cabins 65 66 67...65 67 were fine and located near each other. We liked that we could have 16 people close together yet not crowded so we rented 2 3 bedroom and then the 5 bedroom cabin 66. Cabin 66 smelled bad when we first entered and we were told the carpets were just shampooed...the smell worsened as the night went on. After being gone all day on day 2, we returned to a cabin we couldnt even enter without gagging...smelled like Cat urine, our clothes smelled, our sheets smelled, we called and were given another cabin but it was a huge hassle as we had all the food, beverages etc for 16 people in the larger cabin 66. Cabin 66 was also pretty outdated...not a good experience...should have moved and been given a refund on this cabin. I would recommend the other 2 65 and 67. One had a larger deck on the backside which was great."

"9 friends went to the Island club for Memorail day. The property was clean & had plenty of room. Nice furniture & comfy beds. Nice pool too, definitely will return next year!"

"Dottie and the crew are always ready to help you have a wonderful week. I really liked this unit. It had a comfortable living room and everything we needed was there. It really helps not having to lug utensils and dishes 800 miles along with soap and all the other incidentals needed for a stay of a few days. They are always very thoughtful. We'll be back again."

"#65 had a horrible cat urine type smell in it. We stayed in it one night and then called management who promptly came down and explained that they thought it was an issue with the frequent carpet cleaning and offered us the cabin across the street. We moved to the other cabin and had a great stay otherwise. Thank you to Dottie for the quick response to our concerns."
