Just wondering do any of your golf carts have enclosures for this cooler weather?Thank You!

Answer:

Great question! Each cart has a front plastic windshield, but is not totally enclosed.

We will have four adults and 1 small child. Would we be allowed to rent a 4 person cart? She would either sit on one adult's lap or in between two adults.
Amanda T - Posted: 03/04/2022

Answer:
Golf carts are road ready vehicles. The same rules apply in a car as they do in a golf cart. If the child would require a car seat or booster in a car, it is important for them to have the same in a golf cart. Each passenger needs their own seat, including children.

We have rented a golf cart for July 26 - 28 - 4 passenger. Anyway we could have all front facing seats? We are all seniors and the back seat is higher and could cause vertigo.

Answer:
Hi Judy, 4-person carts have two seats that face forward and two that face backwards. You may be better off renting a 6-person cart which has 4 front-facing seats.

Highly Recommend!

Our stay was amazing. This was just supposed to be a one-time birthday trip and some people were apprehensive about staying here but we all loved it so much we plan to come back (and stay at the same location) EVERY YEAR !! Staff was super professional and so easy to get ahold of and helpful. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had!

Great place to stay

Absolutely a great time, the staff is wonderful, even text to say we could check in early as our cabin was clean and ready. Getting our golf cart was super easy with friendly staff. The updates within were very noticeable and you can tell they take pride in the properties. Will definitely be back!

Good!

Originally reserved 6 person cart and paid for it. When we arrived we changed to 2 four person carts. Want to be sure we get the credit for the 6 person cart. Thank you!

Favorite Place

My family absolutely loves coming to Put in Bay, and we prefer to stay at the Island Club Rentals. We've rented a different house each year. This year we stayed in #27. It was super clean. Just a short walk to the pool and to pick up our golf cart. Each bedroom had a TV, which came in handy when we all couldn't agree on something to watch. I hate living out of my suitcase, so the fact that each room had a dresser earned extra points with me!!

Spacious place good for groups with a nice pool

Great spot for a group. Laid back but attentive management. Nice pool, golf carts on site and ready for us. Check in and out super easy. Paid extra for the linens, which could have been cleaner but was worth it. Only disappointment was you have to bring your own hand towels and soaps. Nothing to dry dishes with. Each guest gets 1 towel and 1 washrag, no more.

Fabulous as always!

We have stayed at PIB Condos numerous times over the past few years. As always our stay was perfect. The accommodations are beautiful and spacious. The staff is prompt and very helpful. We will never stay anywhere else on the island.

Island Club 4-Person Golf Cart Rental

The golf cart was in a used condition as you'd expect but was well maintained. Our golf cart would randomly backfire which would be very loud and scare others around us. It was very reasonably priced compared to other daily rentals and was well worth the price as it was easy access to many parts of the island, some where cars were not able to go. I would do it again.

Girl’s Weekend B-Day Celebration

Our rental was in a good location and accommodated the size of our group well. We had an enjoyable time in the house and on the island. We liked being close to the pool. We also appreciated the convenience of having the golf carts dropped off to us.
The house wasn’t particularly nice, but was fine for a large group of people celebrating a milestone b-day for a weekend. Our fridge had been unplugged previously for some reason and took a whole day to cool down, which caused some issues with food and drinks. We didn’t love all of the cleaning we had to do ourselves for checkout, but it is what it is. We would still probably come back.

Hi Rachel, Glad you had a good time and the staff was helpful during your stay!

Fun experience

Driving the golf carts around the island made it more fun. Was much easier than trying to drive your car because of limited parking for vehicles. Would highly recommend renting a golf cart.

Highly recommend this place

We had a group of six that came to the island to celebrate a couple birthdays and anniversary! This place had everything we needed! It was very clean! We enjoyed the view of the lake from the patio! The one bedroom that says lake view was not what I expected. Yes, you can see the lake.
The pool was very nice and cleaned. No glass bottle allowed, which was great!
We plan to stay here again!
