We had a terrific time on vacation. Renting a golf cart was the only way to much fun and easy to get around. Great prices also!!

Rental property was very clean. It was obvious that it’s been used a lot but it was still very clean and the linens we rented were clean and fresh smelling. We had everything we needed to be able to cook and enjoy our stay, though the grill needed to be cleaned and there were no grill cleaning tools so we chose not to use it. We really appreciated the convenience of being able to have our gulf carts ready at the house and easy to leave there when we checked out! What a huge help and easy check in and out process! The property’s location was ok, nice to be toward the back of the property and no noisy neighbors, though we would’ve enjoyed a more private area and a fence/ railing area to be able to use for our swim towels and bathing suits. Overall a good stay and a great time!

Star Star Star Star Star

We stayed at number 111 for 5 nights at a cost of $3100. When we arrived there were no lights in the living room and no end tables either. The floor was so filthy our feet were black after a few minutes. We called the management company they sent two people with a mop and a spray bottle -after they were done the floor was still as filthy as before. We had to go to the store and buy a mop. They brought us one lamp after we requested it. No table to put it on. We also realized on the first day that one of the toilets was leaking all over the floor. The property manager came to look at it and gave us towels to put on the floor.... And did not fix the toilet. This property is supposed to house 16 guests. Imagine 16 guests with one non-leaking toilet for five days. The toilet paper holders in both bathrooms were ripped off the cabinets. The shower door kept coming off the track. The other room had a bathtub with no stopper. In the bedrooms the carpet was filthy. There were no hangers or tables or dressers or mirrors. The comforters in the bedrooms looked at least 15 years old. We called and asked for another lamp and begged for some tables to put them on because you could not even read in the living room. The kitchen silverware drawer was broken and there was no strainer in the sink and no disposal so we had to scoop crud by hand out of the drain. The grill outside started on fire because there was so much grease built up, so we could not use it. At one point a neighbor came and took our patio umbrella which he said belonged to him. Very poorly managed. For what we paid, the condition of the property was extremely disappointing.

Lovely place to stay. Great location- loved the golf cart experience. Pool was very clean. Easy to be inside or outside- lots of seating. Living room furniture very comfy. Bring hangers.

Very friendly staff. Easy check in Clean cart. Beautiful view. We went to town several times. If we were to go again we would come a couple weeks later. not much open as far as bars, restaurants and shops. But overall it was a very nice place to come to.
