Island Club 4-Person Golf Cart #39

This was a great place to stay. Close to Miller's Ferry, very clean, balcony overlooking the lake, and comfortable beds. Had an issue with one of the showers not working and a bedroom door not locking and the next day maintenance (Steve) came over and fixed it. Awesome! We will definitely come back to this place:-)

There were four couples and we all had a wonderful time! The view from the deck was enjoyed morning and night. And any questions or concerns that we shared were responded to quickly and professionally. Will definitely be back!

golfcarts ran great. Good pricing for them as well conveniently next to the condo we stayed. had one issue with the locks but maintance fixed on site

Its was pretty awesome stay with clean and maintained room. There was great lake view and was great spot around sunset with cup pf coffee that kick off your day. Pretty much ever was easy to get around. Club had the rental golf cart at affordable price.

We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of our rental. Even though we shared the space with another all male (young) group (P&Q #1), we felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay!

Nice get away. Couple downfalls-was not aware it shares a common porch/yard with the other rental unit- guess I should have seen the word duplex. and the single bath would be difficult with 8 people.
understanding the phrase "location, Location, Location" but it still seemed a bit pricey.

The house was great and very comfortable. Minus the amount of mayflies, I couldn't be more happy with the stay. The only thing I would recommend is WiFi.

We enjoyed our stay at this location a lot. However we were surprised to find that the property manager lived above us which made it more stressful to maintain a quiet level at all times. We also were unaware that the duplex is split left and right with the upstairs being off limits to renters. Therefore the units are not quite as big as we were expecting. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. This property is also very close to downtown PIB which was a plus. Unfortunately we did not see much of the property management.

Rented this place for a weekend trip with 7 of my buddies. Had a blast! Far enough away from everything to get some peace and quiet, but close enough for a quick taxi ride to the bars and restaurants. I recommend this place for a large group, there is a huge bathroom, plenty of sleeping space and a kitchen with all the basics.

Peace and Quiet II was a beautiful location to stay. The place was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the owner was great too. I would definitely stay here again.

We have gone to the bay two years in a row and both times we have stayed at the Peace and Quiet. The staff is extremely accomodating helping us start a fire in the fire pit and arranging all the golf carts - even when we received a faulty one they fixed the problem. Great Location and great time we will be back next year!

Had a wonderful, relaxing two night stay. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Close to town yet very peaceful and quiet as the name implies.
Could not get coffee maker to work. Kitchen items provided but VERY basic and limited which did not matter to use as we were there only two nights, and ate out, but would be an issue if staying longer and eating/cooking in condo.

Great place to stay in PIB. Not to far from downtown and has a great yard and porch. Just a little disappointed about having to be quiet after 11pm for the money that was paid to stay. Also We thought that we had the whole place to ourselves but apperently the management lives upstairs.

This rental was a nice little escape for my wife and I and our 14yr old, 12yr old, 10yr old, and our twin newborns. There was plenty of room for all of us and the property owners that live above we very nice people. It was great to be able to cook out on the grill that they supply with propane instead of having to eat out at the island bars which is expensive with 5 kids and 2 adults. The fire pit was also a nice feature after cooking out a good meal. The washer n dryer also came to use and was nice to leave with clean clothes. I would definitely recommend other family's to rent here not only because of its nice and peaceful location but as the owners are good people. Thanks for a great stay

This place is quiet! The rental space was very clean and the beds comfortable. Having the fire pit was a great way to finish up the day.
Things to improve: better access to firewood, some more pathway lighting at night.

The place was clean, but it lacked some important essentials like more pots and pans. It also did not come with WiFi. The TV only got HBO and nothing else. That was a problem as we were travelling with two teenagers.

The place was generally as described however a few things were lacking. There was no cable tv only 1 channel (HBO) and no WiFi. Also the owner of the house does live upstairs so be aware of that. At one point on Friday night our group was a little loud (we were on vacation after all) and he came down yelling at the group telling them there were acting like "buffoons". Overall it wasn't the worst place we have rented on the island but certainly far from the best experience.

Our stay was good enough except the beds. They were comfortable but were wreeking with the smell of bleach. They also were covered in plastic making sleep hard. 1 tv station hbo so not good for kids. Over all I would stay in ahotel over this given the beds.

Duff (the owner) was very helpful and nice to us! We had a problem with the AC (it blew out during a storm the day before) and he fixed it ASAP! The beds were very comfortable and the place was furnished nicely.

Somebody lives on the top floor of this place. If I wanted someone right above me I could have stayed in a hotel for much less. Overall it was decent but, you aren't off by yourself as the ad portrays. Also, the place had only one tv channel(hbo) and no Internet. For the price it was just alright.

We were told the property had a TV, but most of the time you only got
one Directv channel . No controls and No remote. We really had NO TV
for our stay. Other then the TV problem it was a great place to stay.
