The Golf Cart was great. Easy to rent and it was waiting for us at our property rental. Had no problems with it. The grandchildren loved it.

The whole trip was amazing! We called upon arrival about the cart and they said to unpack, relax and they would be there shortly with the cart. They were there probably in 15 minutes, took info from my drivers license and left the key as well as lock combo. Effortless and easy! I would definitely recommend the condo and the cart rental to everyone!

Overall, our group was very satisfied with our stay! This is a great house for a large group of people. We were out on the island for most of our trip and didn't spend a ton of time in the rental, other than to sleep. Due to the lateness of the season, any wear and tear in the house that we did notice was completely understandable. I can't imagine what these rentals go through during the Summer months. The only complaint I would have about cleanliness that could have been prevented would be the amount of spiderwebs throughout the house and the condition of the shower curtains. Other than that, the check in/check out process was simple, everyone had a bed to sleep in, the location was fantastic and best of all, my Mom had a great time celebrating her 60th birthday on the island! :)

Excellent house for our group! It wasn't very clean as far as the bugs and cob webs that we're all over the porch and grill. We cleaned it up pretty good when we got there. Had some trouble with the air conditioner as soon as we got there. I would recommend having the refrigerator ready when guests arrive and the air conditioning on warm/humid days. Overall, we loved it there and would recommend it to anyone.

We had a fantastic time. Didn't have the best weather but still enjoyed ourselves immensely. The house was very spacious so we all had plenty of room to hang out as well as get a little privacy as well. We certainly hope to make the trip again and would recommend the property to anyone.

We did a family vacation here. Quiet area but close to everything! A lot of outdoor space for kids to run around!
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The house was clean enough but could have been cleaner? Also the "fully stocked" kitchen lacked some things that made cooking tricky. When sleeping in the lofts, you could here every sound/word said in the downstairs which was tough beings we had early risers!
Plenty of inside space and porches were a great hang out space! Beds were surprisingly comfortable!
Overall a good rental and we already talked of renting again!

Let's just say....I did like this property however I think there were a couple things that can be improved on....the dumpster at the end of the property was over flowing and none of us could take advantage of the porch because the smell was awful....perhaps removal should take place MORE regularly. My group of people were upset they couldn't enjoy the area because of the smell. Perhaps a little more detail should be given to cleaning...though most things were clean and the beds were comfortable the one light fixture in the kitchen had numerous dead bugs and a used or unused condom in the fixture. though it was a high fixture....many of us knew what it was obvious. Again, this property was very nice and I would recommend it to others...just a few tweaks are needed.

This was for my bachelorette weekend. Overall we did enjoy our stay. However, the house was not very clean, there were cobwebs everywhere, and the air/heat did not work. Also, neither of the tv's were set up and we had to call maintenance out who was only able to repair one.

This is our 3rd time at Put N Bay and the 2nd time staying at The Put-In-Bay House. We love the house and the location. We were a little disappointed in the condition of the house. It was not very clean. There was mold on the shower curtains, dead bugs in the window seals, a trash can full of garbage let by the renters before us, musty blankets, dirty floors, bad lighting, missing lamp in upstairs bedroom, kitchen cabinet falling apart, back door would not lock and toilet would not flush. We called the office when we got there and they did send someone out right away to fix the door and toilet. We appreciated that. We are planning another trip in 2 years to celebrate 3 of our friends turning 50 and would love to stay at the Put-In-Bay House again if it is in better condition. We would recommend this property to a friend of the conditions are improved.

I hosted a bachelor party at this property for 13 guys. It was fine for our purposes but it isn't a property that I would want to rent for a family vacation. Amenities were adequate but I wasn't impressed with anything about the property. The property was definitely more run-down than what the pictures show and the yard was not nearly as nice as the pictures either. The air conditioner on one half of the property was also not functioning correctly. I called the management office and left a message about it but I never got a call back.

I hosted a bachelorette party for 16 girls at the Put-in-Bay House through Island Club. Island Club was accommodating, provided tons of information about the area and was helpful with coordinating the logistics of the island, as I had never been to Put-in-Bay before. They even drove extra toilet paper out to the house at any time of the day or night! With a house of 16 girls that was a service that guaranteed to keep everyone happy. The house itself was private in the woods with enough room for us all to sleep and be comfortable. We brought all our own food and utilized the kitchens heavily and while the kitchens were not stocked with everything one might need to make a gourmet meal, they had enough plates and cups to be able to feed 16 people at once. I would recommend Island Club to friends to book your accommodations through. I liked that their staff was relaxed and flexible with all that island charm!

It was a REAL stretch saying it has 2 MASTER BEDROOMS. There was almost enough room for the queen bed and a suitcase. The bathroom was out in the kitchen. One bathroom REALLY needed a REAL cleaning. The back doors could NOT be locked. We used a kitchen chair to jam it up on the door knob. DO NOT get your carts through the rental company. We had to leave a credit card with the cart rental company. The carts were NOT very good. I would get my carts from the rental place across the street from the ferry. We only had 9 adults @ this rental. We made it work for us for the short stay. I forget an item there and it's been 2 days and still haven't received an answer as of yet.

The place was great. There just a few things that could be better. 1st it took a about an hour to actually find the house. The street was not marked. It was not the cleanest when we got there but it wasn't dirty. The refrigerators had a couple of issues. The veggie/fruit drawers on one side was missing and the glass was shattered. The other side the drawers were broken. On the bright side the beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows.

This was a duplex and we rented both sides. When we arrived to the house, we had to was down all the outside furniture’s it was covered with mud. The furniture inside the house was pushed for some reason to the outside walls and we had to arrange the room. The air condition worked on one side of the house but not the other. The two coffee pots and two toasters did not work. In the cathedral ceiling in the one unit had a collection of cobwebs at the top. I believe that 8-10 light bulbs were dead.
The rental tried to fix all the issues above but the air condition did not get fixed.
We did have a good vacation on south bass island.

My friends and I rented both units for a bachelorette party, and for that it was perfect. It had plenty of room to sleep, having two kitchens and refrigerators was wonderful (I'm not sure how we would have managed with one fridge), and the property is very beautiful and private. Cab rides were cheap and quick to get into town.

However, we did run out of toilet paper. Yes, we had a larger group of females staying in the house but a few more rolls would have been great. Also, Some of the space was just very run down and dingy. The bathrooms could be a little cleaner and nicer - for example, one of the upstairs bathrooms was missing a mirror over the sink. Something simple and certainly not a necessity, but the money that we spent to rent the place for a weekend could have gotten me a week's rental somewhere else.

Overall, though, the rental served it's purpose well and we enjoyed our stay.

Big house, not the cleanest environment but for a rental clean enough. We had golf cart trouble and were given 2 four person carts instead of an 8 person cart so I would say they did right by us.

1st- we had the wrong address, we had 700 & it was 770, 2nd - the code we were given to get the door open was wrong, 3rd - the inside could have been cleaner (lots of cobwebs & dead mosquitoes), 4th- we had at least one mouse (we caught it), & 5th - there was no sweeper so we could sweep the carpets and the broom has seen better days. We did enjoy our stay, though.

This is the second time this season we rented the PIB House. Overall great place to stay. Plenty of space to sleep and socialize. Nice location, off the beaten path. This stay, the house was not nearly as clean as the first stay. Actually saw a mouse. Secondly, both timees I rented I received the wrong passcode. First time the digits were trasposed; second time it wasn't even close.

Overall I would stay there again, but the cleaning crew needs to work a little harder throughout the season, so that even if it is later in the summer, you can count on a clean space.

Rough narrow road but quiet wooded area. The island was great. Grand kids enjoy riding golf cart everywhere. Good restaurants, nice park and the Perry's Monument was interesting.
