House was very clean and nicely decorated. Communication was very good when I had questions- within the day. Area was very quiet. The only thing I would say is that it would be nice to have towel racks in the small bathroom.

Unit was in good condition, clean as expected. Furnished in the kitchen better than expected. The staff were incredible responsive and checked with us multiple times throughout the stay. The only tough part was parking more than one boat would be difficult.

Cabin 102 was very clean and stocked with the things we needed to have a great long weekend. The silverware draw was a little tricky, but other than that everything worked great. Cabin 102 is in a perfect location.

The location was convenient and close to downtown. This particular unit needed a lot of updates. The stand up shower was extremely small, there weren’t any clothes racks to hang anything in the closets, the blinds above the sink were missing some slats so someone could look right in. Aside from the updates, the unit was clean and we liked that there was a deck with furniture so we could sit outside. It did have a full kitchen in case anyone wanted to cook and there was ample room for four people. You could have six people and still be comfortable. This unit has 5 double beds and a twin but for me, that would be too many people for this unit especially only having two bathrooms with one connected to one bedroom. The golf cart rental was a 5 minutes walk and they let you keep it for the entire weekend. Overall, we would come back

The island experienced very rainy, stormy weather the days of our visit and we had to go home a day early. The cabin kept us safe and dry and served its purpose. The furniture was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was functional but can use some repair (large hole in counter by sink)(drawers stuck, or unable to close all the way). Looks like other updates (drywall repairs) are in process throughout the unit and just waiting on completion and paint. The unit needs a cleaning brush and cooking utensils for the grill. Overall, the cabin was in a great location and did everything we needed.

The rental was clean but in need of updates. There were 5 people in our rental and it was very comfortable and spacious enough for everyone. We had a couple issues. We made a phone call and our issues were resolved immediately. I have been visiting PIB for years but this was the first time I stayed on the island. The rental made our time on PIB so enjoyable.

This was our first trip to Put-in-Bay and we spent two days at cabin #102. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cabin was clean and conveniently located in a peaceful area with plenty of room for everyone. It was great having two bathrooms. The only slight problem we had was the silverware drawer was difficult to open and shut, which was a minor issue. It rained every day, but we still had fun. It was nice to have a washer and dryer when we got caught in the rain. Our golf cart was waiting at the cabin and with a quick phone call, they brought the keys. The kids also enjoyed the pool which was just around the corner from our cabin. I would definitely stay again.

Easy check in and we rented a gold cart and it was at the unit when we got there. Basic rental, not very fancy or homey. Bring all your towels, kitchen included. Appliances were newer and the air conditioning worked great! Unit was cleaned, but there was some damage that should be repaired. Dined in town every meal, lots of choices and lots of gift shops. Pretty peaceful time away.

We had a fantastic weekend at Island Club 102. Was plenty of space for a group of 7 and everything worked properly. The pool being open was a happy surprise (since we went after labor day). The best part about this property was the shuttle service, we had door to door shuttle that ran exclusively for Island Club residents. Would arrive in under 5 min and take you anywhere on the island (or pick you up from anywhere). Only thing I would change is there is a slight lake smell in the home but that is to be expected. Would recommend.

The house was great! The community is very fun and social but not too loud for anyone sleeping. Also shuttles are going through the area non stop so getting a quick ride to down town is super easy, fast, and inexpensive. The house and furniture were a little old but it was really a neat experience overall. If you bring lawn games there's generally enough room for things like cornhole. The pool had tons of people and very social! Management made it easy to check in and check out. I would 100% rent here again!

we have stayed at this house about seven times and have always liked the location. the house wasn't as clean as we normally find it, but not bad and had some issues with one of the toilets refilling the tank really slow and living room ceiling light not working. These were not huge issues and would stay in this house again.

Everything was great, except the inside of the house. A bed frame was snapped in half (and fixed immediately). The shower handle fell off a few times. Elsewhere there weren't many amenities to make it feel like $1,000 for a weekend. Rooms were bare. Missing were things like a DVD player, lamps, coffee table, bathroom fans (unless it was broken), bathroom rugs, and screens in windows - all things I have used at previous, less expensive renters in the same community.

I would recommend this house to a friend, but with this explanation.

Thanks for the review! We have never had DVD players in any of our rental homes, and are sorry if somehow you thought that, but we do not have that advertised anywhere. All of our rental homes DO have Satellite TV however. We're glad that maintenance was able to quickly fix the bed that you broke... these kinds of things happen from time to time in any home, much less a well-used rental property. All of our rental properties have a complete photo gallery online so that guests can preview each house or condo before renting. Please come back again next year and enjoy the island again!

Few things were missing or broken when we arrived. Igniter on the grill was out and no ice trays in the freezer. Mgmt staff was kind enough to supply us with a lighter and a bag of ice. Two things that seem small but allowed us to grill out and take our cooler out. Both had a good impact on our stay.

I've stayed at this community before. Very nice. This particular property was not nice. Kitchen drawer missing, asked for coffee table to be removed as it was broken and very dangerous with small children. Black mold in bathroom ceiling. TV did not work entire stay.

Rented a house for two days for spring fling. Weather shut down the ferry and we weren't able to make it to the island until the second day. Island club staff went out of their way to still make it a good time on the main land, worked with hotels to get discounts and working on a refund for the night we missed. They're the best!!

We always stay st island club every April.. love the decks to sit on.. it's great and easy !!! Tony is awesome who runs the cab for the area!!
The owner let us check in 2 hours early which was very nice!!!
Place has 3 bedrooms,, 2 bathrooms.. full kitchen.,that's all u need at the bay!! Is it updates .. no but you are only there to sleep and hang on the deck!!

Overall our experience was very nice. The were several items around the house that were broken prior to us arriving, such as the screen in sliding door, a light was burnt out on the back porch which made it difficult when we left at night and locked up the house. But overall the house was clean and in close proximity to downtown.

Got there on a Sunday checked out on a Friday in September. We loved how quite it was. Enjoyed the heated pool. Played cards on the deck of the cottage. Loved the bars and restaurants Went charter fishing one day. Cottage perfect size for the 4 of us. Did not use the other bedroom. I like my space so I would not sleep 4 in a room but I am sure others would. We would come back for sure.

I expected a much more outdated unit but this three bedroom worked out great for us. Clean enough and spacious enough for all of us. The pool was a nice treat in the island and it's far away from downtown to be super quiet - at least on a weekday.
