The rental was so cozy, clean tastefully decorated. It made us want to spend more time there. Definitely want to return to this rental. The pool was amazing on such a hot day. The staff on-site were courteous and helpful that was a plus too. Great job Island club!

Being a customer for over 20 years we have found this a good placw to stay for our walleye fishing trip. With some of the trees removed it was much easier to maneuver my boat this year. The cabin could use a few more pots and pans.

Cub island gives you the perfect accommodations in their spacious rentals. The landscape was beautiful. The property was spotless and the propane grill was nice to cook on. I love the black out blinds. It's the perfect place to stay when you want to be on Put-in-Bay island.

From helpful Antonio providing our golf cart to Steve, who quickly arrived to fix some issues, all your employees were so friendly & accommodating! This rental was perfectly laid out for us to gather in the large open kitchen & living room.The 6 beds were comfortable & gave each of my 5 sisters & myself our own bed!Just a 10 minute golf cart ride to downtown restaurants & shops! House was just right for wat we needed. We came up to PIB for the Vintage Auto races and found the location VERY convenient to the race venue and associated events. ONLY PROBLEM was trying to find the house after arriving in the dark. Units NEED VISIBLE HOUSE NUMBERS !

The house is roomy and adequate for a family trip. It is furnished nicely and has everything you need. The only issue is with the cell service on the property. I have Verizon 5G but rarely could make a phone call which was frustrating when trying to reach family members that we not at the house. I don't know what the property can do about that though.

We had an awesome experience with island club rentals! The rental was clean upon arrival, had everything they told us it would come with! It was nice to have a place to ourselves to return to at night. Our neighbors were all outside which was nice! We surprisingly loved the pool on the grounds. We could easily walk to the pool and back which was nice and convenient! Every person in our rental stated they would only stay in at Island Club Rentals if they returned!

Nice home. Quiet location. Nice community pool. Home was comfortable - large kitchen, large living room. There were 4 adults and 2 children, ages 5 and 3, in our party. Plenty of room in the house for the children to play. The house has been well-used and could use a little refresh, some TLC. Couches were a little worn, but comfortable. The vent covers are getting rusty. No towel bars in the bathrooms. Overall, comfortable. We would stay here again.

The island club is the best place to stay in Put-In-Bay. With the kitchen and lots of sleeping space, we were able to accommodate a large party for Labor Day Weekend. Transportation to the hot sports on the island was super easy due to the Island Club taxis. We will definitely return in the future!

Island Club Rentals was a great place for our family to unwind while on Put In Bay in Ohio. The 10 person 1 floor house was plenty of room to accommodate the 8 of us. It was clean and comfortable. Dottie the manager of our unit was supper nice and accomidating when we renter two 4 persin golf carts which we used and a must around the island. Great time, rhanks again.

My family and I stayed mid-week during the 4th of July. Our family had a great time staying in 104! This house is located on a quiet street which was perfect for the kids to play while we sat at the picnic table on the patio. The house was spacious and clean. We enjoyed having the full kitchen so we could make meals. This house was perfect for our stay!

It was a very comfortable place to stay! I loved the whole setup. My friends and I were very pleased with the kitchen setup, as we all used it. My only complaint is the WiFi. It was terrible! We arrived to the home exactly at 4pm. The home was ready but not perfect, which is ok. End of season. The inside was clean. Bed was comfortable. Appliances worked well, no complaints. We came during a quiet week with hardly others around. Many shops were closed for the season or all week. Just like Ohio- part time we used AC others heat. Downside: reception terrible. No house wifi, data would not work. Sometimes, even on vacation we need to stay connected. Also, the bathroom floor was slippery like ice. I fell striking my head and other parts. Please add anti slip strips or more rugs. A local phone or wifi to the homes- I couldn’t call for help if I needed to. Unable to connect to the app, it was useless. There were a few minor things we left a note about. Overall our trip was quiet and peacefull. If your looking for nightlife we suggest weekends only or summer months. Bring your car, it’s easy. Bring lots of food. Expect food prices to cost you otherwise. One more thing- information binder in the home would have helped! A map, hot spots, info not accessible from the app. And a DVR.

The lady I booked with on the phone was so nice and everyone was super friendly. The living room was nice and open and perfect for us to hang out in. The place was clean but it needed a deep clean. The walls could use a good scrub and there was tile broken in the bathroom. The fridge shelves were falling apart and the kitchen didn’t have pot holders (at least we couldn’t find any). Oh also there wasn’t much soap in the bathrooms we added water to make it last the weekend. The set up of the place was great, couches were great, table was great!

Our rental was #104 and it was much better than last year for sure. The furniture was much nice. Having 2 decks was great. And we were blessed with wonderful weather. Our first golf cart would not go very fast with all of us on it. They came and brought us a new one right away. The bathrooms were pretty clean. But I dropped water on the kitchen floor and it was not clean at all so I am not sure how clean the floors are. We did see they young girls go into other houses to clean and they were not in there very long. They were very young looking. But we would go back and stay in the same unit. As I said the company were just lovely to work with. It is a lovely area to stay. We didn't do any cooking because so many wonderful places to eat on Island.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating when we arrived. House was in great condition. Only issue is one of the bathrooms was not working properly when we went and tried it and there's not much phone service or wi-fi to contact anyone. Every other aspect of the stay was great though. Will use them again

Upon arrival, we had noticed that the kitchen was not as clean as we expected. It took us about 15 minutes to load dishes into dishwasher. We had an issue with the air conditioning and tv. Upon notifying maintenance, they were there immediately and remedy the problems pronto. The setting was very nice

I am a repeat visitor to the Island Club. I love the remoteness and mature trees and being away from the craziness of the downtown area but within a few minutes drive time by car or golf cart. The units are furnished nicely and I like the fact that there's a grill at each unit. I like the keyless entry, especially if there are several people in your party, then everyone can have the code and nobody has to worry about losing their key. Our visit was very good. There were a couple minor issues but they didn't impact the quality of our stay. When we arrived we discovered a broken kitchen cabinet door. Since we got in later in the evening I waited until the next day to email a picture to management explaining the situation and they got back to me right away. No worries. The other issue was that we didn't see any potholders or oven mitts in the kitchen so we had to make do getting a hot cookie sheet out of the oven. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and will stay here again.

During our 4 night stay the house was clean and more than we expected. The location was great. After the first night, we found out the direct TV satellite wasn't working and they were right on top of it to fix the issue. With it being fall and leaves had fallen it was hard to pick up the leaves tracked in without a vacuum. Will definitely be back.

Much better experience than last year at another unit. The kitchen sink needed bleach and scrubbing, but the staff brought the products so that we were able to take care of it. Tile floors could have used a better mopping/scrubbing. The dryer panel kept falling off whenever someone came in the door, so we used medical tape to temporarily secure it. The washer/dryer need to be replaced soon. Beds and pillows were fantastic. Slept better than at home. Had a little problem with one of the carts (it had one speed -- super fast), and it died, but the Island staff quickly came to our rescue, picked us up and repaired the cart so we were able to continue our island adventures. Don't miss Mossbacks or Pasquale's. Wish there was a fair-type food place on the island (funnel cakes, hot dogs, etc.) would be fun for families. Bring surf shoes to enjoy the State Park beach. The rocks are smooth, but are killer on bare feet. The water was almost crystal clear. Wish ODNR would improve the beach area. It's a gem.

We had a 3 bedroom cabin and 7 people stay, very comfortable. Everything is adequate but one suggestion would be to have a bigger shower in the master bathroom. We have been a returning customer for 5 years and will definitely be back again. Overall a great place to stay and tell everyone thats asks where we stay when on the Island about the Island Club.

When we go there we couldn't find the office to pick up golf cart. It was then delivered to the property. The area is wonderful, love the shops, town and can't wait to come back. The property needs a lot of work! Wrote down the things we found wrong, broke, etc. The man came and fixed what he could. There was popcorn under the couch which I cleaned up. The floors were dirty which we found out when we walked across with white socks. The back area looked very dirty and the grill I wouldn't consider using. There was woodwork missing, broken, the tub in the master needs to be thoroughly cleaned or replaced, half the lights didn't work (man replaced bulbs in some). The owners need to put one king size bed in MB, one Queen in each of the other bedrooms or two singles. Rooms too crowded. No closet to use in MB. Showers Suck! I would not recommend this property to anyone unless I didn't like them. Our son and his wife, daughter and her husband were with us. They plan on coming back with their adult children but looked at other places to book their stay. It's a shame when they are in a nice location with lots to do and are trying to squeeze to much money out of a piece of property. Fix it up!! Thoroughly enjoyed the restaurants (Hooligans, the Keys, etc., boat rides, museums, Butterfly Exhibit, etc. Very nice area! Can't wait to come back.

Best house in island club after staying in island club for 20 years. Everything was very clean and beds were very comfortable.

Great living space. Kitchen was very spacious and the living area was very roomy and comfortable Great deck both front and back. Back deck was private with ample seating.

It was absolutely wonderful. It was a "Dump the Chumps", as check-in staff referred. Six girls (yes..we still call ourselves girls), pretty much had a lllooonnnggg slumber party. The house was laid out perfect with each of us having our own bed and plenty of room. The grill was used all day since one of us was a ??? chef as her profession. An actual review of the #104 would be a wonderful venue. As all venues there are issues!!! I will list ours as they were minor, but need address since these would not be as visual...kitchen ceiling lights burnt out made is extremely dark (under cupboard fluorscent one and bulb in ceiling, drain in master bathroom needs ???-hour to drain shower and bad if two people back to back; both toilet seats are not attached. As I said...very minor when you have a clean, well provided house with perks all over. Tried to find someone to get a few bulbs, but being after season it was just a wonderful private get away!!!

After Labor Day, during the week, it is very peaceful and quiet here. With a golf cart, you can be everywhere within minutes. This unit, as with others there we have rented, does not have wine glasses, bathroom soap, and the tv does not pull in local channels - minor but annoying. That said, this was the nicest unit we have stayed in at Island Rentals over the years. Some units there aren't as nice as others.

The house was clean & spacious. Conveniently located near the pool & definitely felt like home. This was our first time vacationing in Put-in-Bay & will definitely be back. We plan on staying here every July for years to come.

I have been visiting PIB annually for the past 12 years. I have stayed in various homes at The Island Club and while I have enjoyed every one of them, I have to say that house 104 is by far the nicest. We THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay and will return next year!
