Our big group had fun staying in one of the homes there.The rooms were spacious and clean.Kitchen had everything we needed.Kids enjoyed swimming and we were able to barbecue too.Golfcart rentals were nearby which made easier to explore the island.Thank you to our host too,who was available anytime on call.Highly recommended.

Everything things are good at this property just few miner damage which I call them and they sent someone right a way and fix it except few damage drawer in kitchen, we go every year at island club rental for 2 night we love it thank you island club

Our group of 6 arrived on a Saturday afternoon and left Monday morning. We ended up with a bigger place than we had booked which was a nice benefit. I would advise reserving a golf cart before you arrive. We brought our car which we ended up using because there weren’t any onsite carts available. We didn’t use the pool or grill but I liked that they were there. Overall the place was clean and had what we needed. There were cups, pots/pans, microwave, coffee maker, and utensils including a wine bottle opener if you need it.

This was a great house-- Close to the pool and easy access to the main road. Only issue was the stupid people who brought glass to the pool and it broke and no pool for two days. Dottie was so helpful and accomodating.

The island club has quickly become our goto place for our yearly Put in Bay group trip. Always clean and convenient. An added plus is the ability to rent your golf carts through them and have the carts ready to go upon your arrival. Best value for the money without a doubt.

it was great, super location, everyone friendly, lots of room in the home,couldn't have asked for much more. anything we needed they were more than willing to get it. would definitely go back. location was great, not too far away but far enough from all the commotion.would recommend to anyone. many places to eat, wineries, overall just a nice vacation area

We had a great time in house #4. It was spacious and had enough room for all of us! When we checked into the house, the golf cart was already on site and the house was clean. The pool was just a few houses down. The week we went the Mayflies were all over the place (which we expected). In the morning the staff would go around all the houses and blow off the Mayflies that were on the patios, doors and golf carts. Which was really nice so we can enjoy the day.

Stayed here with my Friends and their family for 3 nights.
Overall the renting experience was good and the support staff was very kind and solved all our concerns.
Kids got disappointed for not having the bunk beds ( this was shown in pics before renting).
Back side door was annoying sometimes it gets locked and sometimes it doesn't.

Apart from these, the rooms are well maintained, clean. I loved the wall hangings in each room.We had fun staying here.

We had a great stay this past weekend at the Island Club. The rooms were clean and the cabin was very spacious. The only concern we had was with the electrical outlets, with the majority of them being loose in the wall and unable to have phone chargers plugged into them. Additionally, some lamps flickered when plugged in (we assumed due to the same reason with the outlet). Other than that, the house was in good shape! We made sure to bring our own blankets and towels, as requested from management. You will not find a hand towel or pot holder either, so you may want to bring those for the kitchen and bathroom if you'll be using them often. Overall, great stay on the island!

Thank you for staying with us. As we chatted about on the phone, your friends arrived before you and had all of your reservation information and details so instead of making them stand outside in the street for a couple hours, we allowed them in to the house to start their vacation. Thank you.

Cannot say enough Great Things about Dottie and her crew. From the minute I first called to make the reservation to the last call thanking them when we got back, they were on top of their game. We rented House #4 just off the main road and were very pleased with the place. The house ws huge and very lovely and sparkling clean and cozy. The rooms very very accomidating and the linens fresh and pressed. Each room had 2 queen beds and some even had full bunks. The bathrooms were roomy and fresh with bath towels and washcloths. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything you need from coffe makers and filters, to all the flatware you could need. Lots of counterspace to prep if needed. The golf cart rental was most helpful and very convinient as they were there at the house when we arrived. If you want to enjoy yourself on this FANTASTIC ISLAND, call Dottie and her crew. We're already talking about booking House #4 for next years stay. THANKS AGAIN MISS DOTTIE!! IT WAS A WEEKEND TO REMEMBER!! SEE YOU NEXT YEAR FOR SURE!!!

The Island Club #4 cottage was a decent place to stay. No bugs, all appliances worked. Ample space, good seating. Beds were comfortable. While booking, staff was very helpful in ensuring we got the best cabin for our needs. Security deposit arrived in a timely manner.

We had a good experience even though when we booked it we were told we were just outside of downtown in walking distance. I did not realize it was closer to a 25 minute walk but we did have a good time and everyone we talked to (who worked there) were very helpful and very friendly. Thanks

we found the home to be clean, had most of what we needed and expected. The beds were not as described (more doubles, no twins, but that turned out ok witnhce we brought bigger sheets than needed. Neighborhood was peaceful on Sunday thru Tuesday...pool was nice...a few items in the house that were not usable i.e. a glass table top and a lamp without a bulb...these were reported. Washer and dryer is nice.We would come back!

Had a great stay. Property was clean when we arrived. Could use a bit of upkeep in some areas! Bed sizes varied from what the email stated when we recieved check in instructions But overall a very good stay. Great location. Cell service was hit or miss. Wifi only available around pool. Highly recommend the Island Club and will be staying there again in the future!!

We had a good stay at the Island club. The customer service was great and always helped out when needed. The cottage was a great size for the bachelorette party we were having that weekend; everyone loved it! It was nice to have a kitchen and a good amount of space. The location is great; you are just a few minutes drive from both downtown and the Miller Ferry. The taxi service was always available when we needed them. The cottage could have been a little cleaner when we arrived; we walked into sheets and towels piled up on the counter in the main bathroom. We also didn't have any hand soap in either of the bathrooms.

#4 was one of the nicer cabins we've stayed in! Hurricane Joaquin moved in for Fall Ball weekend, so we were nervous, but Jerry, Dottie and Paul always make us feel so welcome & appreciated. The party at Mr. Ed's was great! We will definitely be back next year!!

Overall we had a great time on our first ever visit to Put-In-Bay. Being the "off season" there were not any crowds but some of the island attractions were closed as were some of the eating establishments so we were not able to partake in all the island has to offer.

Our rental in the Island Club #4 was nice but the unit does need a little maintenance (two drawers in the kitchen were broken, several of the outlets in the kitchen would not retain the plug that was inserted and some of the unit's decorations could have used a good dusting. Also the rear windows on the unit would not lock which makes the unit unsecure but we did not experience any problems. The location of the unit was great for us. It is a little out of town (not within walking distance)but that was not a problem since there were no crowds and very little traffic on the roads.

We had a great stay at our rental, we had a young man with us in a wheel chair and Ryan on maintenance, built us a ramp to get our guy into the property.Just a note door way are a little tight for larger wheelchairs so make plans 30 inch front door, with some inside doorways at 28 inches. Also bring a bathroom chair with you no hand rails in bathrooms , but we are always prepared for some of those things. spacious dinning and living room area. A very good experience.

It was better than expected, size-wise and fit us (Grandma, Grandpa and two little families) very nicely. We HIGHLY recommend getting a golf cart - the best way to get around! The management was so professional, friendly and responsive; it's in a beautiful setting and the pool was so close! We look forward to coming back next year!
