Put-in-Bay Island Club #55

The house is located in a great spot that is in a quiet area but still close to downtown. We were supplied with everything we needed and it had great furniture. I will say the floors were quite dirty while we were there. We had to walk around with our shoes on to avoid our feet turning black :(

It was nice. A couple of suggestions - some lamps and chair in bedrooms would be nice. I feel like this place is where the fishermen stay. Lots of men and boats (not a bad thing). The deck does need some work. But overall I’d stay again. It’s reasonable and in a beautiful setting and away from downtown (but close).

We came to PIB for some fishing. Our place was great, we had a few issues when checking in with our cabin but they moved us to another and it worked out great. I recommend staying there. Very nice, clean and it worked out great.

It was great, loved every minute of it. The place is clean, very quiet area. You can also rent a golf cart from the Island Club, which was an awesome thing to do to explore the island. Management was nice and very helpful. Hope to do PIB again.

I just want to thank the people that run island club property on South bass island they were great any questions any needs they were there 24 hours a day first time on the island I'm not a big drinker I didn't go to drink did some fishin jet skiing and just hanging out with the locals

It was so great staying here. Worth the golf cart rides to get to the town area because the entire community felt like a town with all the houses of other people. The house was clean and comfy. 2 bathrooms were a must!

The place was great, clean, fun! But for the price I think The Island Club needs to figure out how to get cell service and Wi-Fi more than just at the pool. I wish I would've brought some CD's and a CD player because nobody in my group was able to play music from their phones because of poor service. I love the Island Clib, but next year I' gonna look around a bit more for where to stay instead.

Island club rentals made everything so easy from the booming to the check out! We were SO pleased with our stay, we want to come back in a few short weeks already! Our manager, Dottie was so responsive and helpful, and answers our calls right away. The campground layout is private but social at the same time with other campers. The cabins themselves are well kept, spacious and have everything you need. We also loved the club golf cart rental deals and the taxis into town as well. We are absolutely booking with them all the time now!!

The house was fine to stay in, however, when we arrived I'm not so sure that it was cleaned prior to our arrival. The location was fine to hop in a golf cart and cruise the island. Overall it was a fun place to stay.

We had a wonderful time however the house that was directly across from us was the UFC fighters and they were extremely loud and out of hand. Normally I would not care but we had management come to us and said that there had been noise complaints. I know for certain that the complaints were for the house directly across from us. Next time we will pick a cabin that is father towards the back.

We arrived at our house and it was exactly as described. The house itself was decent; clean and comfortable. The overall resort was filled with college-aged dudes, whose drunken antics got tiresome. We had someone attempt to enter our house on 3 separate occasions, which was unsettling. The pool area was disgusting and so crowded, we didn't even attempt to see it. The "quiet hours" were not strictly enforced, even though a security guard was driving around in a golf cart. We had a great time, but the resort caters to primarily younger party-goers.

We went towards the end of June and vacationed during the week to avoid the crowds that we were warned about on the weekends. It was perfect. The villa was cleaner than expected for a weekend party place. From initially renting the villa, to checking in and out, the process was so easy. We ate/drank at many of the restaurants/bars and enjoyed everyone that we visited. We are thinking of doing it again next year and staying at the Island Club Villas.

The Island Club was top notch for 16 guys celebrating the bachelor. The management staff was extremely helpful, on time with any issues/taxi rides, and very welcoming.

This was a great experience. The cabins were very clean and included all the amenities you could ever need. Dotti the GM of the park was very personable and friendly and made sure our Christmas in July vacation was a stay to remember. We will definitely make this a annual trip and stay at Island Club every time. I would also like to give big props to Jimmy our Island Club(ROCKIN)cab driver he was always there when we needed him, just a great guy!

Property was nice. But soon arrival and look over we noticed the property was not clean very well before us. It seems like they fixed holes in the wall and sanded the plaster down and left the dust. Also there was cobwebs all over the big bedroom. Also it could have used a new grill, it hardly worked and would lite with the electric start button.

Rented two units (#537) for three nights for ourselves, our children, and our grandchildren. Everyone had a ball. The accomodations were adequate with comfort for all. Many kudos to Amy who handled our reservations and to Dottie, the on-site company rep who handled several issues for us in a timely manner. Both Amy and Dottie were professional in every way. By the way, the grandkids didn't want to leave and are already asking if we are going back next year. Thanks for a fun time.
