Home was in a great location with transportation service to the downtown areas.

Issues, when we arrived another party was in our rental and cooking on the grill and was let in by the owner who did not ask them for their rental agreement. They were not to be in this home as their rental was a condo in another area of the island. Had to wait almost an hour to get everything correct and a cleaning crew to go through in multiple areaa the home.

Issue with flooring as it was not secured and left high and low soots that had significant movement.

Great overall location on island and great location in a well-kept development. Short walk to pool. Cottage was well-stocked, clean and comfortable.

My only complaint is the mattresses. Everything else was awesome. music was my best this year. C.J Owens was fantastic

Cabin was great, the garbage can was full when we arrived and never emptied until we were leaving. There were no rugs on the floor outside the showers making the floor very slippery when exiting the showers.

Our apologies for the garbage not being taken out before arrival. I do know we have been short staffed since the season started, so all of our employees are doing the best they can. I also let the island manager know for future reference/ stayees. Besides that, we are so happy you enjoyed the cabin and look forward to hosting you again!

We enjoyed our stay at island club rentals . That was our first time at Putin bay . Beautiful area and a lot to do . Great for a weekend getaway.

Pretty much everything as said and described. Gas tank on grill frozen/locked shut and umbrella on picnic table broke but all minor issues. Overall a great weekend and lots if fun.

Great place for the cost. We will definitely be coming back again. Place was very welcoming. Only thing that we did not care for was the wall plugs were very loose. Phones didn't charge any outlet if you didnt hold it in. So recommend new outlets. The atmosphere was great. Everyone that we talked to loved it. See you next year.

The house was very clean and way more homey than the surrounding cabins! the pool is super fun and it is very easy to get a cab to and from the bay

The overall experience was great. It was a fun trip and the cottage was a comfortable stay. The floors were really dirty and need to be cleaned. the carpet needs to be cleaned as well. If the floors were cleaned, I would have rated a 5.

After reading reviews of other cabins at island club I was a little leary. This cabin was in great condition and clean. We would stay here again.

The rental was nicer than expected. Everything was clean and well kept.

It was super easy to get a cab. It was $3 a ride/person, but it was so convenient that it made it worth the money.

I DO NOT recommend bringing a car to the island. The wait to get back on the ferry took us 2 hours and we even use our car except to bring our luggage, but you can just call a cab. Saves some time and money.

It was comfortable and convenient. For the $$$$ they take, the least they can do is provide linens and towels (they make it very clear that it is not provided, but it's just sad). They expected us to wash the coffee cups, or else they would hold it from the security deposit. The cabin itself was well decorated. It was good to be able to lie down on a nice bed after a hard day's fun. It is old, but clean.

We've been staying at the Island Club for several years now and always love staying there. The facilities are not only comfortable, convenient, and fun, but are always clean and in extraordinary condition when we arrive for our stay. It's our home away from home once every summer and we look forward to it all year! Can't wait to get back to the bay next year!

Good - the number of Mayflies was a surprise. The house was acceptable but needs a lot of updating - while old is acceptable, when it is so old you can't tell if it is dirty, it needs to change.

I always stay at Island Club when I come to Put n Bay and have been staying there for around 8 years now. I love having the full kitchen, grill, deck, pool and taxis that are always available when you need them. If there are ever issues, all you need to to is call and they are there to help. This is a great location in regards to distance to the bars and restaurants and great overall property!

First off PIB is awesome--we all had a great time. This house was near the pool, so everything was great. Loved the app and the ease of transportation. Only issue we had was the size of the beds---there's no way the house sleeps 8 people as advertised. The "queen" beds was actually a queen box with a full bed on it. Called the manager, but she never came out...luckily we only had 5 people in the whole out. Also, the cots were terrible...had to pull off the mattresses and just put them on the floor for fear the springs would give way. Fulls seemed closer to doubles, but again we had less people, so it didn't affect us as much as it would have if we had 8. Still fun experience would go again.

Overall pretty good. Beer cans and other trash was laying around behind the cabin. Also various tools and benches was also behind the place. Light bulbs were missing which we got replacements for. Gas grill was not very efficient. However, overall we were satisfied.
