We've stayed in this house during 3 trips now. There were some nice upgrades made (new countertops in kitchen and master bathroom redone). All went well.

Nice place there for a Monday thru Thursday getaway..place is clean great location..interior could use a little work... (door moldings fixed) just minor stuff.

We enjoyed our stay in Cabin #71. The place was tidy and clean and had a great layout (a “master bedroom” with queen size bed on one end and two other bedrooms with full and/or twin size beds on the other side of the cabin). We brought our own linens and towels. The washer and dryer made cleaning/drying our belongings easy. The kitchen was just big enough and had the essentials. It was nice to have two bathrooms, one having a walk-in shower (though you have to be quite careful with the sliding door as it doesn’t appear to be properly attached to the track). It appears the owners have been/are in the process of making updates to the cabin, making the place feel a bit more modern. We would definitely stay in this cabin again!

From the moment I needed assistance, with getting obtaining lodging for the crew, Dottie was there. She has made great strides in helping out in anyway! I can not say enough about Dottie and her team at Put-in-Bay Island Club! Excellent 100%

Enjoyed my stay at Island club as always. However No matter how many times I have stayed there not once has the closet in the master bedroom been in usable condition. This time it had a bunch of painting supplies stored in it. There is a storage shed just outside of the house, Why are those things it there????

Thanks for that feedback and we are sorry about the closet being filled with painting supplies. The owner is always trying to do touch-ups and things like that, so that is probably why he keeps all that stuff in there. I did just make him aware of it, so thank you for letting us know. He is going to move everything out of the closet and into the shed, the next time the unit is not booked.

Location was great, accommodations were adequate for the 8 people as advertised, but first impressions are lasting and the condition of the property was not in keeping with the $900 per night price tag.

Upon arrival before we walked in, we had a broken screen door, spiderwebs all over, weeds growing in the gutters, and garbage in the yard. When we walked in there was broken trim, a broken drawer in the refrigerator, dented appliances and just little things that one would not expect in a premium rental. We then had an ant problem in the kitchen.

All this could have been resolved with 1 day of maintenance.

Love the island and the cabin itself would be great, but the upkeep needs improvement.

Great place to stay only few minutes from town. The cabin was in middle of remodel I think some things were broken when we arrived but I called and they said they will get it takes care of. If we return we will probably stay in a different cabin with more room if we need it. But overall was great.

My friends and I needed a fall getaway. We decided on Put In Bay. It was great not all the craziness of the summer crowds. We will stay again. The house was clean and had a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi and satalite tv. They had a great taxi service to take you into town for $3.

After this crazy year, we needed to get away. House 71 at the Island Club was perfect. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a big plus to have a full kitchen to prepare meals.

We've been to Putinbay many times in the past, however this stay was by far the best one yet. You pay for what you get and this might be the best property we've stayed at so far when you balance cost vs amenities. The Island Club Taxi was great getting us from the ferry boat to the house, and back again when we left. It was an easy booking process on their website and then with a friendly responsive staff member when we called with questions. This will now be our go to house on the island when we come back in the future. The location is perfect and the views around the island are spectacular. The only thing I would recommend is maybe a little TV in each bedroom for privacy and maybe a DVD player or XBox in the family room for some entertainment.

We enjoyed our three day getaway at Put In Bay. We pre-booked a couple golf carts for our group and they worked wonderfully and was a great way to enjoy the island. They were waiting at the house when we arrived. We especially loved shopping on the island and seeing the funky sights and attractions. We golf carted all over the island and enjoyed the awesome sunset each evening from a different place. Our rental home itself was amazing also. Lots of room inside for our comfort and it had everything in the kitchen that we needed to make breakfast each day and even bake cookies at night! We look forward to our return visit next year.

We had 3 couples, all boating friends, celebrating my friend's 50th birthday! So much fun at Put-in-Bay! Sunshine, shopping time, grilling out and maybe a few cocktails! A vacation we will never forget! This 3-bedroom house was perfect and looked recently remnodeled! Clean, easy access, grill was great, parking right next to house, the whole experience was over the top! Everyone was friendly in the neighboring houses but imagine it gets pretty loud during a normal summer. The house was accurately described and in good condition. Our heat worked great. Had one small maintenance issue with the TV not working and they responded quickly and fixed it right up (we were using the wrong remote). We will be back!

The rental wasnt as nice as pictured. It definitely could use some updates. It was somewhat clean, but the old dirty carpet just made it feel dirty. The space was fine for our 3 couples. The area was quiet and that was nice. There was a leak in the sink that John took care of right away. Dottie was great and helped us with anything we needed. If some updates were made I would stay here again.

Me and my group of friends make one big trip up to Put in Bay every summer and always stay at the Island Club. It's always a great time, with being in the pool all day, grilling out, and taking the Island Club taxi to the bars at night. Great time!

We were initially to stay in the Island Club condos. When we arrived the area in front of our condo was totally under construction. We had children and there was no way that would have worked for our family. We called and the Island Club sent Dottie to give us our options. She took us to this rental and we decided it would work. Dottie helped us out very much and the Island Club made the change in our accommodations work. We appreciated Dottie's help. Our only complaint with the rental was the carpets need to be cleaned.

Stayed in #71 this past weekend. House was beautiful, clean. Only this I wish we were provided with was some bath rugs. We used the taxi service. Our driver "Doc" was so kind and helpful during our stay! We will be back!

The bathroom floors were very dirty, could not walk on the floor without shoes on. Two of the four burners on the stove worked and the toilet needed to be fixed as soon as we checked in. There were two cracked windows, the ashtrays on the front porches were not cleaned out, lots of trash in the yard,one of my children found what appeared to be blood on the blanket in the bedroom and gum on the wall in the bedroom.

Staff were great. When we ran out of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags - they were quick to respond and bring us items we needed. There were some ants in the kitchen (but I figured pretty typical for a cabin) and some mold in the bathroom, but other than that, it was a very clean and nice cabin for us girls. Great location to the pool too!

We have stayed at the Island Club for 4 years in a row and we'll keep going back. The houses are ok, nothing fantastic. There usually is worn carpet, appliances that partially work and well used furniture. These are pretty much modular homes that are constantly in use by vacationers, but we will continue to stay there every year due to their location and full kitchens, baths, bedrooms and living space.
