The cabin we stayed in was very clean and neat. Air conditioning unit went out the first day. They came over immediately and offered to put us in a new cabin. We declined because the weather wasn’t that warm. The next morning when we got back from fishing, there were air-conditioning units in the windows to keep the cabin cool. Very good experience at Island club rentals customer service is excellent. Five star. •••••. I would highly recommend these rental units to anyone

First time staying on the island for fishing. Our cabin was very nice and clean. Staff was helpful when we had questions. Boat parking can be a challenging space is tight and there a lot of boats. My only complaint would be our cabin needed a walkway of some type in the backyard from the deck to the driveway. Mud was a problem . Great time and good friends

The unit was clean, beds were comfortable and communication with management was excellent. Some parts of the unit were in need of repair/tlc, but they did not affect our stay. All issues were communicated to management, who ensured us that they would get things worked on for future guests and offered a partial refund for our inconvenience.

We stayed for one night during mid week. This place was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful too! Our kids loved the pool which was 3-4 feet. Far enough away from downtown PIB but only a 5-6 min golf cart ride. Quiet at night. I would highly recommend!

It was good , The only thing that need to be changed are the beds, a full over full bunkbed doesn't work for 2 adult men the one had to sleep on the couch not very comfortable those beds are for kids

I stayed with three of my friends for my birthday a couple weeks ago and we absolutely LOVED this rental. There was plenty of room for everyone, plus others if you have a bigger group. It was super clean and the kitchen was gorgeous. Quiet hours were posted, but not really observed. It didn’t really make a difference for us, but it was something I was initially worried about us violating, as we didn’t know how close the properties were to each other or if there was someone who was going to be driving around to monitor this. Overall, it was a great stay and I would absolutely stay there again!

This trip was our second to Island Club Homes and Put-In-Bay.
We celebrated my wife’s 50th a few years ago and my daughter’s 21st on this trip.
The location and the rental homes are great for all guests to enjoy the island.

Upon arrival we loved the rental! It was super clean, looked just like the pictures and had everything we needed! Slept 8 people comfortably! I loved the ease of checking in/out on the app. Super close to downtown & boardwalk! We used the taxi service that literally comes strait to the front of the house for pickup/drop off, made our stay just super fun! Will definitely use again on our next visit!

Great stay as always. The property is well kept, and the staff is very easy to work with. My only criticism is that the WiFi needs to be improved.

Even with that said, would definitely stay there again!

We had 2 decent size group of guys on this trip and were able to have 2 houses right next to each other. Both houses were clean and easily accommodated our group. The grills and decks were a huge plus for everyone to sit outside and not feel like you have to be in your house the whole time. Overall a great experience.

We had a nice time. The house was ok. It’s important to remember that this island is closed more often than not so the house have some drainage issues and are a little out dated, we had some plumbing issues and the floors were dirty when we got there but a simple call and all the issues were fixed immediately. The staff was nice and made sure we had what we needed. The only thing that I didn’t like was when I called to let them know the issues after hours it went to a call center and I don’t think my message got to staff so we called the next day and the issue was taken care of. #74 was in need of some other repairs that should be handled. Be ware of the back deck it is showing some rot which is common and I’m sure it will be taken care of soon. We would stay again

We are sorry that you were unhappy with the after-hours call service. They do have access to cell phone numbers of all of our managers to ensure that any time-sensitive issues are handled immediately for our guests. We would love to have your group stay with us again in the future.

The only issue I had was we reserved towels/sheets but did not receive them. Saturday morning, I made a call and it got taken care of immediately and I was told I would not be charged the rental fee for the towels/bedding to my card.

We had so much fun, location was great. The house was a little dated inside and dark. It could have been a little cleaner, but overall things were good. Very convenient to downtown and surrounding areas. The golf cart was a blast.

This is our group's second year with Island Club. These people are so easy to deal with and truly wanted our stay to go great!! We went from 13 ppl and 2 houses last year to 30 ppl and 5 houses this year and nothing but a fantastic time by all!! Thanks Island Club!!!

We stayed at the island club Sept 18,19 and 20th with four of our friends and we were very satisfied with the rental. We loved the outdoor space and liked that it backed up to the woods for privacy. The property was clean and convenient to get to town and we would definitely stay here again. The only complaint we had was because it rained we tracked in mud and there was no rugs on the floor to catch the mud and no mop to mop up our mess. Other than that we loved the place.

We found beer cans with beer still in them under the beds on on the window sills in one of the bedrooms as well as a pair of sunglasses in another bedroom. bathroom counters were really dirty. House was in good shape and we would probably stay again but we will definitely call about the cleanliness issues instead of re cleaning the house ourself when we check in. Lots of cigarette butts and cans all around our back porch and the trash can was overflowing and did not get emptied until the morning we left outside

Took a group of ladies from ages 22 to 62 for my 60th Birthday Celebration. Our property was in a great location, comfortable bedding, layout was perfect and had all the amenities as described in the description. Would definitely recommend the Island Club Rentals and soooooo...... looking forward to staying here again. :)

The unit was perfect for our group. It had all the necessary equipment both inside and out. The unit was clean on our arrival and all of the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. This is our second year at Island Club and we would definitely come back again. Prior to our arrival we were contacted several times both by e-mail and phone and all of our questions were answered. This made preparing for what to expect and what we needed to bring with us a very easy process. Thanks again for a great stay.

Came on a school trip and had 2 cabins. It was during the week, so it was nice and quiet. Would stay here again. There was one BIG and FRUSTRATING problem though...the wifi did not work, and nobody seemed to think that was a big deal. Just don't plan on using wifi.

We met up with old high school friends (so we are all in our 60's and 70's), and it met our needs perfectly. We had plenty of room to spread out, as we rented two houses. Each couple had their own bathroom, the houses were clean and well-equipped. You might pay special attention to the bed set-up, as one couple in the other house had to sleep in a bunk bed, but our house was just as it was advertised. The only other problem we might have faced was noisy partiers in the other houses nearby. We did encounter some noise on some nights, but for the most part, it wasn't bad. The houses are close together and the front window shades in ours let in headlights from the street, and you could see through them to the inside at night. We were in #74.

Everything was fine except for the fact that the dryer did not work and we had to use other unit's dryer. We also ran out of propane and had to use other unit's propane. Needless to say, very inconvenient.

The house was large, the price was great, and the beds were comfortable.

The whole having to mail in a contract, put down a deposit, and wait for a check to return deposit was a little 1990s. Place was nice but dated.

We enjoyed our stay and the accommodations. Our rental had lots of space and was in a good location. The room was neat, but not very clean. The floors in the bathrooms were dirty and the bench on the front deck was broken. We stayed for only 2 nights so we just accepted it and enjoyed our stay. Regardless, I hope to stay here again.

We were there for a bachelorette party weekend with 23 of us between two homes and had an absolute BLAST! The homes were well kept and no complaints! We had trouble locking the door one night but management came without hesitation and all was great! We will be back for another trip very soon! Thank you again!!

Overall I was satisfied with the unit. My only complaint is that the unit was rated for 10 people. There are 6 beds in three bedrooms for 10 people so you are required to double up with your fishing partners in order to sleep ten, and the double beds are small. I recommend you bring sleeping bags so you don't wake up cuddling with your fishing buddy!

The kitchen needed a few things like measuring cups & something like a casserole dish, I bought a plastic mixing bowl & left it here for future renters. Because it was such a rainy week, I would have liked a swiffer for the floors too. Otherwise it was everything we needed.
