Everything was great. A lot of new stuff. The water faucet outside got fixed. It was very clean. Too few pots.

We go every year. First time staying here. Sooo nice and the people make it all worth it. The employees are fabulous very friendly and wonderfully patient even when a huge group of girls cause chaos. This will be our choice for stay from now on.

All good except the oven needs to be replaced. the door is broken and some of the burners don't work at all or barely heat up. The water faucet in the front doesn't work and hasn't for years. The steps to the porch were broken and a definite hazard. The Grill was broken and had to be replaced. New sofa, chairs, tables and lights were nice.

Our group has been coming to PIB for 25 years now. 23 years at Island Club. (we should've bought a condo). House 77 is the best house we have ever rented. The house is well kept and nothing seemed old or rundown. We would have liked an electrical box outside but other than that, a Beautiful, nice location home. We will try for same home next year!!

This stay was a first time for our 3 families that totaled 10. We were generally pleased with the accommodations and will visit again. The pool was DElightful. :) The kitchen was well stocked with tools, pans, dishes, etc and the kitchen and 2 bathrooms were clean. The only items that needed attention before our arrival were the kitchen floor (it needed a wet mopping) and the exterior grounds had litter. Thank you so much. We will do it again.

All good about Cabin. Weather didn't cooperate. Only fished 1 1/2 days. Left 2 days early. Credit? Sofas are very uncomfortable. Water spigot in front doesn't work. Drain is slow in Master Bedroom.

We needed a 4 bedroom and this cottage offered plenty of space and was nicely kept. Property Manager was very friendly and helpful. One helpful hint, bring hangers and they could use some hooks for hanging up bath towels but overall, we loved it and had a great time.

Needed to request new pans and a couple side tables and lamps. Otherwise great place. Dottie and her team are excellent. Very responsive and professional. Fishing was the best in 30 years.

Cabin was very clean and beds was comfortable. More than enough room for my family of 6. Had all the amenities that you have at home. Only downside is it only had two TV’s. Would definitely rent again.

Spacious cabin, updated and clean. Issues we had upon check-in and after were quickly and pleasantly resolved. Wish our picnic table on front patio had an umbrella for shade. Will be back!

Our cabin was newly updated and very nice and clean. We experienced an issue when we arrived and management was great in handling. Very family friendly. We stayed from Sunday to Wednesday. Thanks so much.

We have been staying at Island Club since 1996 for our annual girls trip... year after year they meet all expectations! Friendly staff from the office when calling to Dottie and the crew who are there when we need them during the stay - can't say enough good about them! Home is excellent, clean, maintained. The pool is nice. Nothing bad to say!

Overall, we were very happy with our rental! Our grill was broken, and we were brought a new one right away, service was good. One thing I felt should be improved on was that there were no mirrors in the house except the bathroom. Strange! One full size mirror on the back of the door would have been nice lol.

Upon arriving at the Island Club, it was clean and spacious. The rental was amazing! It had a new smell still and was very modern and spacious. We were all very impressed. We all also had a great experience on the property when the IV Joint came in and set up. We all got rehydrated from the long weekend with bananna bags.

I have been going to Put In Bay for 27 years and always enjoy my time there. The Island Club location has been my choice for about the last 12 years or so to lodge at. The #77 Home is as nice as I have stayed in. I really liked the layout and parking off the rear by the rear door was very convenient to bring in supplies. All our comforts are well thought out and the accommodations are first class. This particular unit was very nice. We really liked the layout and how things were set up.

Outside was clean, inside looked like it was cleaned a while ago. The walls had spots that still haven't been painted. Lacked common kitchen items. The house did its job it gave us somewhere to sleep and eat. It was not worth the full amount.

We arrived on a Sunday and stayed through Friday. This was perfect because it was very quiet not only at the Island Club but on the whole island. Except for a few missing, but needed kitchen items, and mouse poop in silverware drawer, we had an excellent vacation.The owners had offered an upgrade that we chose to do for the same price. Awesome!

We love to visit Put In Bay and brought our family for the week. There was a lot for us to do with the kids. The Island Club community had lots of families with children staying in it and seemed very family friendly. This house has 4 bedrooms and a big open kitchen/living room area for us all to hang out in. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed to cook breakfast and lunch each day and we even grilled out for dinner one night. Bringing all the groceries with us saved lots of money. The only thing that was not desirable about the home was that our bare feet were black from walking around inside. I wiped the kitchen floors up and the paper towels were black. It obviously had not been scrubbed for quite some time and was filthy enough to make all of our feet black. Other than this, I liked the house but will call ahead about this issue before staying there again.

Stayed here with a group of 12 girls. Worked out really well. The place was clean and perfect for hanging out. Only two things were broken - wobbly sink and the counter, and that didn't matter much. The constant taxis driving around is really helpful. We did rent golf carts and had a lot of fun with them - would recommend that.

We were very pleased with the size of this unit. Being that we had 11 people we all shared bedrooms and there was plenty of room for everyone. Very satisfied with the common living area and kitchen as well.

Perfect place for a larger group (12). Plenty of space. When walking in, you had to question whether or not it was brand new. Very clean. Nice patio outside to hang out and drink on. Plenty of lawn space for yard games. No issues. Cell service is spotty, but if you’re having a good time, it doesn’t even matter.

We rented unit 77 this, it was a great improvement over unit 76 we rented last year. It was clean throughout and all things were in working order. The cooking pans could be updated. Also there was only one larger bowl for cooking which was cracked. We also didn’t have a colander which we went bought one. Overal we had a very good stay and will be back in unit 77 next year. Also thank you for letting us drop some of our stuff off behind the house outside, freezer, covers etc. so we could go fishing the day of our arrival.

House 77 was fabulous! Very clean and updated. My only complaint is it would be useful to have a light in the living room. It was dark during the nighttime. Overall this was a great place!

Great location. A few concerns but understand that people that stay often party and items get broken. Not us with the kids but overall nice place. We stayed through week. Sunday through Friday am. If you orders linens please not good price but the sheets are not fitted so kids kept coming off the bed.

We had a great weekend. The house was fine for our use, which was as described.
Issues were: no outside doors had working locks; there was no dish soap or dishwasher soap at the house, so we could not run the dishwasher; the pantry door handle fell off when we opened the door and the refrigerator was finally cold by the time we left. Otherwise it was great.

We stayed in island club #77 and it was fantastic. The house was clean and spacious. Although the houses are not on the main strip the island club taxis were always available to drive us to and from the bars and restaurants- and for only $3 a person.
I would absolutely recommend staying with the island club.

Very nice updated cabin. Only negative I have is a few of the beds that were queens were only fulls. Nice corner location. Parking was big, 2 cars allowed but if management was ok with it there was enough room for 3.

Even tho it rained all day Sat- we still had a great time in Put-in-Bay. 3 couples had more than enough room in #77. Island Club management team especially Dottie went over & above. Some items were left behind & Dottie was very accomdating in sending the items back. Highly recommend Island Club Development
