This is a cute place to stay. We really liked the location. Rooms were spacious, loved the decks, the bathrooms were clean, and the living room/kitchen were nice. We enjoyed the pool. We got texts from the management company with important and helpful info. It was great.

We had a wonderful time at this Put in Bay rental. The showers were very clean and the golf cart was waiting for us when we arrived just like we ordered. Our refrigerator was the only issue as it did not stay very cold at times for our food. Otherwise, this is a clean, fun location that can't be beat!

Great place to stay for our annual Lake Erie Fishing trip from South Dakota. Always a clean welcoming cabin. Hot water heater wasn’t working and Dottie was very helpful in getting the parts to get it going again. Dottie goes out of her way to make us fell welcome and is attentive to our needs.

Great Stay as always. My 4th year in a row staying at the Island Club for the Battle in the Bay Volleyball tournament, and 1st time at #81. Again was not disappointed. Property is very clean and plenty of room for 10 people to stay!

My only complaint is that i think it is time for all the rental properties to have WiFi. I am pretty sure people would be willing to pay an extra 5-10 bucks a night for WiFi. Having Wifi at the pool is nice, but it would be better if it was in the villas also.

Overall, it was still a great stay and would stay here again!! Cant wait for next year!!

As soon as we walked in, the ac was on and cold. Outside of having groceries to feed us with, the cabin was Live In Ready. Everything was clean and organized and the outside sitting areas were properly furnished, as was the inside of the modest space. We look forward to staying there again, the next time we visit. We booked our Island Club rental through an online site, then spoke with Tracy who guided us through the booking. Upon arrival I met with Sandy who gave us the keys to our golf cart for our 2 day stay. The house was in good shape and clean. The staff was very friendly and assisted with TV operation and replaced faulty cart quickly. They added to the enjoyment of our stay. I would only ask for more lamps in the house. Not a fan of overhead lighting. Can't wait to return.

Had a great time!thank you very much! All was very smooth. I liked the previous unit we had, better though. #81 is very dated, and seems to be coming apart. The plastic drawers in the fridge are all broken. It looked like someone stole a piece of artwork from our bathroom wall. Scary stains on carpets. It worked for what we needed though. Good time

First time staying at Island Club. We had a great few days. Having a house to fit all of us was great. Price was right, loved the extra night for free.
The only down side,thought we had wifi but didn't except at the pool.
The floors/carpet need cleaned,(our feet/socks got extremely dirty walking without shoes)other than that we didn't have any issues with the house. Maybe put some freshener around.
Not a major issue for us, the drawers in the refrigerator were broken.

Overall a nice place to stay, especially considering we got a special deal on it. When we arrived there was ketchup all over the deck and the yard was littered with hamburgers and hot dogs. The deck was cleaned after we notified mgmt. but we forgot to mention the leftovers in the yard. Our golf cart that came with it was probably the slowest one on the island, but we were on island time so able to overlook that. The beds were rather small as was the toilet in the second bathroom. The master bath was huge but for some reason had a tiny shower, like that of a camper. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. It would have been nice to have a table on the back deck, there was no way to sit back there. The units are much closer together than we expected. Hence the reason I suppose for no fire pits. The staff was responsive when we had the issues at check in so we'd probably stay here again. Might try another unit though.

We had ants in the kitchen and cupboards so we purchased spray to take care of them. Parking was challenging at this location because the street more or less "dead ends" but we managed. There were only 2 plastic glasses and lots of coffee cups so not so pleased with the inventory. There are no hooks in the bathrooms to hand a towel so that's a bit odd. The location is convenient to the boat ramp so we liked that.

Excellent! Dottie was awesome! everyone that worked there was great! the house was perfect location, loved the delivery service. I have stayed in these cabins several times in the past, this was the first time I was in charge of everything. I will definitely be coming back, possibly even this year.

That rental had definite electrical problems. We kept replacing bulbs as they burned out and they burning out as we left. Not a good situation. The bathrooms need towel racks or somewhere to hang towels and clothes. We had a good time and other than those circumstances all was OK.

Pros: it's put in bay!
Staff was courteous and prompt
New couches
Pretty well stocked
Can accommodate many people, spacious

Cons:
BUGS EVERYWHERE
We had a pretty big ant problem in the kitchen that staff tried to resolve but couldn't without really digging into the wall (they said they would after our check out)
Under the hood above the stove top was infested with cobwebs and dead Mosquitos etc. if not cleaned, these bugs would surely fall into your food. Staff came and cleaned after we called and notified them.
Our unit had crumbs, wristbands, dead bugs, hairs etc in corners and on the windowsills behind the blinds. It was cleaned before our arrival, just not thoroughly.

It is a great place, I just expected more for the price. They just need to clean and inspect better, and replace old run down furniture (tables, broken chair). I would recommend this place as long as you're assured it's clean with furniture that's not rundown. College kids will love this place. Older people or families will notice the things I stated.

Always a pleasure to stay here when we come for our annual fishing trip from South Dakota. Very clean property and if we ask for anything or need to have something fix it always gets done. Dottie is top notch is helping us out with anything we may have forgotten at home.

Overall was a decent house for the price. Although the water pressure was horrible (toilet and sinks) and the furniture was definitely dated, hand me downs. The gas grill's propane tank ran out the second night too.

My wife and I just retired and were looking for a place to relax for a couple days. The Island Club in Put-In-Bay provided that. The accomodations were great, clean and comfortable. Even though we were there out of season, there were still enough places open to find things to do. Unfortunately we hit a spell of cold, rainy weather but it didn't dampen our good time.

The property was an excellent value. For walkers it was an easy trek to the downtown area. It was especially nice to have the room to be able to have some friends over to spend a day and night.

The facilities and furnishings were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and gadgets.

Over all we had a wonderful time.

While we were on a VERY short visit, we found the property to be a very nice place to stay. We came very late in the season (after Labor Day) and consequently many of the attractions were either closed or open limited hours. As far as the property, the only thing I expected to find but didn't was an iron and ironing board.

The cabin is as described, and except for the grill, was very clean. The pool was also well maintained. They hold a drivers license or credit card if you use one of their carts, so be prepared. Put-In-Bay was beautiful and had a variety of activities available to keep both the young and old happy. Would definately go again.

The loctaion was great and the property was okay. It wasn't very clean. The tub wasn't as clean as I woud have liked and the floors weren't clean. I paid extra for linens and had emailed and called about them several times and sure enough, they were not there when we arrived. I made a call and they brought them right away. Everything else was great!

The property was much nicer than when I have been there in the past..The beds and bedding were all replaced and were actually quite comfortable...We were quite upset that we were unable to view the Cleveland Browns game on the property but that is really our only complaint.

We were looking for a relaxing weekend and that's exactly what we got!! We are an older group of friends so we're not looking for a lot of action. However, we would have appreciated knowing that after Labor Day many of the stores and restaurants are closed during the week because we didn't have too many choices of places to visit or eat because we stayed on a Sunday and Monday night. We did appreciate that it was not crowded at all no matter where we went. The Island Club Rentals are very clean and no one bothered us. The pool was still open, but the weather was too cool to make use of it. The golf cart was made available to us at no charge, but we never used it. It just seemed too far to go to shop using the golf cart because it can't go very fast and where do you put your purchases?? There was a small problem with the refrigerator being too cold...the items we brought with us actually froze in the fridge until we figured out that it was turned up too high. Also, some problem with the coffee maker as we came in one afternoon and there was water on the kitchen floor which we traced to the coffee maker. A little clean-up and we were back in business!!! We brought a DVD player with us, but, because the TV was attached to the wall, we couldn't hook it up to the TV. Guess they don't want to chance anyone screwing up the TV, which is understandable. All in all, a great time!!

We stayed there this summer for a weekend. We were 4 families - had a good time. The cabin is in a good location. The amenities weren't the newest, but worth the payment. Definitely go for golf carts to roam around at your own convenience, as opposed to waiting for taxi.

We rented golf carts which were there as soon as we got there. We has a problem with the one shower having no cold water knob. They came with in the hour to fix it. I can't wait to have my bachelorette party there next summer!
