The condo was clean and well equipped. The staff took cleaning and upkeep seriously! We noticed staff cleaning the pool area before and after it opened. There was no litter on the property. Everyone was very friendly!

So so so much fun. I would recommend to anyone with kids to stay in any of these properties. With a golf cart you can find so much fun things to do. We stayed 3 nights and had non stop things to do. It has a small beach and pool the beach has sea glass and there is a nature walk and story book trails right up the road. 10/10 would recommend to any family not knowing where to stay at put in bay.

Our long weekend stay at PIB was a blast! The condo is away from downtown (so all the hustle & bustle doesn't disturb your sleep) but also close enough that it's just a quick ride in a golf cart to everything (downtown, caves, winery, etc.)!

We have stayed at Island club condos for 8 years and have always been satisfied. The location is great on the water, with nice amenities and a quick golf cart ride into town. Highly recommended to anyone heading to PIB. The staff is laid back and good to work with. Arianna and Bobby, good people to hel you out.

We had a wonderful vacation. I am giving this 4 stars because the bed was not the most comfortable and the lock on the door to our room was loose and did not seem very secure. This caused our door to not close tightly. Other than that, the room was very clean, the pool was clean, the grills were in good working order and were also clean. I would definitely stay here again!

I loved the no contact check in and out the only problem I had was the golf cart parking there's no designated spot for your cart so if you stay on the main strip to long you might not have a parking spot when you come back spent 20min in parking lot & on the phone with their support # so they wouldn't try to take my deposit for not parking in a parking slot they couldn't help me or guarantee my deposit wouldn't be taken its been 4 days still no word on deposit well see but overall perfect for what I was looking for

We had booked a condo for a family weekend not knowing it would turn into an engagement party for our daughter. It was the perfect place. The pictures are gorgeous and everybody there was so excited for all of us.

Overall the experience at the condo and the surrounding property, including the pool was great. Error in booking website didn't accurately represent the total price to pay and no sheets or towels. The place was clean everywhere, except the floors/carpets, which left our feet black on the bottom. If you are looking for a decent place to stay with a pool that is not crowded with drunks, this is a good place. Just keep your shoes on.

Our condo was perfect for our family of five! We were able to rent a golf cart right on the premises which was very convenient. The location was great for biking and touring without being right in the middle of the action. We also enjoyed the pool!

Overall the condo had the space we needed to accommodate a party of 6 and was nice enough for the price we paid. The beds were hard and the pull out sofa did not operate smoothly. The Condo’s ductwork is in extreme need of cleaning along with the vents on the bathroom fans. I had issues with allergies most of our vacation.

Had a wonderful time! We stayed over the Fourth of July week and really enjoyed the spectacular fireworks show. Plan to make this an annual event. Our condo was nice; however, was disappointed at the waterfront access. It was not nice at all and the pier looked like it was ready to sink! Also, the parking lot needs to be lit up more at night. All in all, a nice place to stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Me and a group of girlfriends took a weekend trip to Put In Bay and it was the first time for all of us. We had the best time ever! And the condo's were perfect. Great location, nice lodging, and the pool was perfect for when we just wanted to relax and still get sun before venturing out to town. Also made the check in/out process very easy. We're definitely making this a yearly trip from now on.

Besides the obvious construction that was underway, the place is located nicely and it is cool to be closer to people rather than spread out (cabins). this allows for better social interaction with neighbors. Place is nice and clean. once the construction is finished, it'll be a pretty awesome set-up.

Locking down the room was easy, no issues whatsoever with management.

The place was clean. The pool was clean as well on Friday. Saturday it was packed and by the end of the day it was a mess there. The others didn't pick up their empty cans. Not a fan of the chairs and no umbrellas. So everything is in the sun all day. The toilet paper was on short supply. 8 women need more than 3 roles for 2 days. When they brought more it was 2. I laughed. But overall the place was great. Love that it is away from downtown but a short ride on the bus.

This is our second stay at the PIB condos and we had a wonderful time. The condos are laid out very well and the kitchen is beautiful and very functional. However, the condo we stayed in this time (8) was really showing its age and abuse. The one bathroom didn't have a toilet roll holder OR a towel holder and they appear to have been broken off by prior renters. My ? is, if you give a security deposit and destruction occurs, why aren't the owners using that $ to make repairs? This condo is in need of some attention.

We love the condos great location and great space, but the facility has not been well maintained. We found our bathroom missing a tp holder and towel rack. I called the company, and they said they would be right out to fix it, never happened. Our grill was broken and unsafe, the fire alarm was obviously broken, there was paint and drywall peeling. This was disappointing, since two short years ago the place was very well kept.

A group of 7 guys for a bachelor party. Put in Bay is a great experience and the condo was a pretty good place to stay. We took our own vehicle across and had no problems getting around.

the property is well located there was a few small issues with it though in the bathroom the door would not close and the tub had a drain that was partially plugged and a strip 0f tile was missing from the front of the tub there was a problem with the key code to get into the unit but it was resolved quickly other wise very nice unit and very clean

Nice place! Paid 100.00 for sheets and towels. Had to ask 2 times for dish rags and towels, never did receive hand towels for the bathrooms. I think for the price, it would be nice if they provided hand soap in the bathrooms and a larger supply of bath tissue. Great taxi service except for on Sunday. They should let you know this!

The overall condo was filthy and not up to the cleanliness standards of anyone...since you couldn't take your shoes off in thencido with out ur feet turning black..gross!!! Giving it a white glove test it would have failed! Also the tv/cable did not work the entire time we we're there. Disappointed on renting a golf cart that backfired every time u used it and it was filthy as well!!! Extremely disappointed for the money you spend (it's very pricey for what you get).

We were told that the condo we rented faced the lake, when in fact none of these face the lake - they face a parking lot and the pool. The condo was in disrepair with doors off of hinges, cracks in the bathtub, tile missing in bathroom. The local rep, blamed all disappointments on the corporate office - Not a company I would choose to do business with again. Also, I am from St. Louis, MO, not St. Louis, MI.

We are a group of women (family & friends) who have been going to Put-in-Bay every year for over 40 years. It has grown from 3 women to 44 women! I believe this year was one of the best times we had!!! We had great customer service. We used the mobile app to ask for more paper towels, garbage bags & toilet paper and they were, as they say, on it! The only "complaint" would be outdoor lighting, there wasn't any. It was really dark when the hard core partiers came back from town. Other than that everyone loved everything about Island Club Rentals!!!

We loved the condo and the beautiful view. I would however recommend that the cleaning crew keep the doors closed when cleaning as we had a lot of fly's in the condo when we entered. Also it should be stated to bring salt, pepper, spices, etc for cooking. The screen to the balcony had a rip that should be repaired and it would have been nice to have a table on the balcony with the chairs. Overall, though we would stay here again.

The entire weekend went very well. The setup of the condo and amenities were great. The only negative experience I had with PIB condos were random expenses removed from my securtiy deposit for "processing fees" when I already had processing fees on the front end of my reservation. It would have been efficient and helpful if they would have put a hold on my credit card for the security deposit like I was told and then removed the hold instead of sending me a check for less than I was expecting to receive back.

Put-in-Bay condos were updated, neat, and clean.The dishes, pots, and pans were in good condition, this is not always the case with condo rentals. A few things were broken when we arrived and the management company said they noted them on our reservation, I hope they did, because I do not want to pay for them:)Couple of suggestions include: an out door broom in the entry ways so that patrons can sweep patio if they choose and the potentially beautiful shoreline be cleaned up some. It was a shame to see the brush and dry wall pile. For a free nights stay we could have had it cleaned up in a snap:)

During the week a Put-in-Bay visit for a family is a lot of fun. Each time we come a new memory is created. Thanks to musician Drew who, "daylights" at the bay side kayak place out daughter had the opportunity to play at the Mayfly open mike night at Wharfside,so cool. Island performers like Drew and cashier Beth, Wharfside cashier helped us to enjoy our Put-in-Bay experience.

We loved the location on the water, however it was a little distance from
Downtown but the taxis were very helpful in getting you where you needed to go. The actual place was very up-to-date and made the stay very enjoyable. I would highly recommend the island club, especially the condos to anyone!

Screens through out condo torn with holes, wasp nest on front deck, otherwise the amdities was in very good condition for a rental. There did appear to be something that looked like mold on the bottom of the shower control in the bathroom inside one of the bedrooms. Being by the water was nice but the area was not well maintained. Furnishing were in good shape. It was nice to have a TV but the antenna signal was very weak and the transmission would go out offen.

Great and modern place to stay, love the pool, location and not far from downtown. More infomation is needed on what kitchen supplies are provided, and how much toiletries and paper towels are provided at check in. We will be back next year.

I am glad I picked this resort for our vacation. It's close to everything and excluded from the noise of the busy downtown life. My kids (4 and 10 y.o) love the pool and and the nightlight they had in their bedroom.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the Put-in-Bay condo. It was clean and the living room/kitchen area were very spacious. The bedrooms were a bit small and only 2 bathrooms caused some issues with 8 guests. Also, there was not enough hot water for 8 guests to shower.
