We had a family of 10 people and was impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the star of the show was by far the deck! It was bigger than I expected and we spent the evenings watching the stars while being lakeside. Golf carts were nice & easy to rent and the kids liked being close to the airport. The only thing was every bedroom had 2 full beds. We went when kids were back in school (later August). Would definitely go back!

Absolutely perfect!! Just love staying at the condos so much. Always so clean and plenty of room for everyone. We had two little ones with us that loved the pool and practically had it to themselves��. The golf cats were awesome. I could live at this place. It’s just beautiful ☀️❤️

Accurate description of layout, everything was clean and in working order, great customer service, I would recommend this property! The best part about this property was having the golf kart rental, private pool, and grill all at your fingertips! Amazing peaceful views of Lake Erie!

S stars all the way. Ice maker did not work but was fixed within half an hour! Great maintenance service.Only suggestion would be TV's in all bedrooms.

The rental experience was top notch from the time we made our reservation until we left the condo. It was a lovely space, tons of room and very clean. We had 8 adults and one toddler with us and it easily accommodated us all. We used the taxi service to go into town when we went and it was quick and convenient.

Was Great, clean when we arrived, beds are comfortable, accommodations were good. Bobby made sure we had everything we needed to get fish cleaned. Parking gets tight when 6 other boats show up but thats everywhere on that island. Outside gas grills need a little attention. Handle broke and ignitors do not work.

It was an amazing stay at the condo! There was a great view of the water and there was plenty of room for a large group. The pool is clean and well taken care of. We used the grill and table area and cooked out! It was a great weekend

The only issues were the floor was very dirty (my sister's baby was crawling in the living room and his knees and feet were black after just a few minutes... so beware), there were dead bugs on top of the cabinets and the refrigerator (so it seems mostly eye-level areas are cleaned thoroughly), a few of the outlets in the kitchen do not work, and to my knowledge 2 of the 4 rooms were supposed to have 1 queen sized bed. Instead, each room had 2 beds and only 1 of those rooms had queen-sized beds, the rest were full-sized. The view was amazing, the interactive screen on the wall (which was a pleasant surprise) was awesome, and the location was peaceful. Will come back.

When we arrive to the location of Island club rentals we were pleasantly surprised because our room was ready way before 4:00 check-in time which was a bonus. The room was clean and there was definitely ample space to accommodate larger groups however on our girls trip it was nice for five women because we all had our own bed and three bathrooms to share which was perfect. Also we rented a six-person golf cart and it was on the premises ready for our immediate use. Would definitely stay here again for any future events that we may have to put in Bay!!

We stayed here before so we knew what to expect.The condo was clean except for the patio.We were missing a dustpan and did not have enough towels and washcoths.Staff was responsive regarding noisy neighbors, but we never got our tissue or extra towels and washcloths.Staff fixed our TV and recommended a place for breakfast, were friendly and personable.Bring foil, pot holders, storage containers,and condiments. Overall this a very nice place, pricy but nice!

our unit has always been clean. This time, floors were not clean on the main floor. Next door unit 105, dogs barked excessively, very annoying, especially since no animals allowed.That also was a first.

We updated our paperwork but since we have been so busy and sold out every night, we have not yet had a change to update the virtual tour and pictures. I hope the extra bed was a welcomed surprise!

My friends and I had a wonderful and relaxing few days at this condo. The location was great for us to explore the island and dine at the wonderful places around this area. We also enjoyed God's light show over the lake during the thunderstorm one evening!

We were extremely pleased with our unit we rented and especially the cleanliness. The cleaning staff did an excellent job to insure all areas were spotless. We were their for our mothers 90th birthday and she loved the place, especially the deck view of the lake. Our neighbors were quite rowdy at night BUT this basically being a party area, we were fine with it. They were celebrating and that's what's to be expected. Beside that the area was peaceful and beautiful. All of us would gladly stay at The Waterfront again!

We had 11 people in a 4 bedroom condo and it was awesome! The condo was in excellent condition and very clean. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. The living room/kitchen area was perfect for gathering. We loved the private deck that overlooked the lake, and spent a lot of time out there. The pool facilities were in great condition and we enjoyed the warm water. We also appreciate the assistance we received from the employees. They were very professional and responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay at Island Club Waterfront Condos again!

This is the 4th year that the group go. Pool was clean, we enjoy the days lounging around the pool. evening in town for dinner & shopping. Our 6 seater golf cart was waiting for us. This is our favorite destination.

Beautiful views. Plenty of room. We were a little worried about the distance from town but it was less than a five minute golf cart ride away. There was no pool bar and the private beach area was a little rundown. Overall we would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Condo was clean and supplied with all kitchen supplies, bedding and bath towels. Very pleased with the condition of all. One suggestion: supply a cleaning solution for cleaning bath and kitchen upon departure. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed at PIB Condos Aug 3-5 for my bachelorette party with 10 other girls. We all loved the condos, the are spacious, clean, and practically brand new. The balcony is amazing and the view of the lake was beautiful! We had a great time here with no problems! At first I was worried that the condos would be too far from all of the “action” at PIB (bars, restaurants, etc), but they made it extremely convenient to get to and from places with the island club shuttle! It was only a 5 minute ride or so to where ever you needed to go and they also had golf cart rentals as well. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

Very nice place right on the lake. Easy check in and out. Cart rental on site. Accommodations were very nice. Only complaint we had was the floor inside our rental was so dirty we had to wear sandals the entire time. I don’t think the floor had ever been cleaned. Swept yes, mopped no. Our socks and feet were absolutely disgusting.

The condo was lovely. There were a few small issues when we arrived - light bulbs burnt out, a toilet not clean and a plug that did not work. I called the phone number the condo supplied us with and we went out shopping everything was fixed when we returned.
The view from our balcony was beautiful. When I made the reservation they said that there was a beach for swimming but the beach was not a place you would want to swim at. It had ruff rocks and very dirty water with dead fish and moss in the water. The pool was clean and very nice.

My family enjoyed the property very much and our experience on the island.

The notificaitons we received prior to arriving noted that we had to bring all our own bedding and towels. This caused a bit of troubles being that we were very limited on the space and weight of our luggage. When we arrived, the condo was nicely furnished with all the necessary linens. It would have been nice to have known this correctly ahead of time.

The place is new and very well kept except that the floors were filthy. A good mopping beforehand would have helped. Becareful with the stainless steal appliances because they list outrageous prices for any scratches or dents to them. Which normally would not be a problem, except that the dishwasher is wedged so close to the oven that you risk the two rubbing against eachother.

Unfortunately, there isn't very good insulation between the units. We could hear people running, walking, and talking above us until late. And, the unfortuante drunk arguments next door into the very late/early morning hours.

The negatives of the unit must be in place because they expect a rowdy crowd. However, they wouldn't deter us from staying again because the property was in a great location, with a fantastic view, and provided ample space for our family!

The Island Club overly exceeded our expectations for this bachelorette party weekend. The condo was spacious, clean, and perfect location. Tony, the manager, was so accommodating and made the weekend even better. The shuttle service was quick and affordable. Overall, would definitely come back.

The unit we rented (104) was really nice. It was clean and well kept and very comfortable. It was fly season, so there were a lot of those, but that couldn't be helped. The only problem we encountered was the outside porches. The are not fully covered so you can't use them in the rain.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this Waterfront Condo! The condo easily fit all 12 of us and was very spacious. It also was clean and had a great view of Lake Erie! The Island Club taxis were always available, very friendly, and such a great price too! We highly recommend this condo!

My family loved this condo for our recent Put-In-Bay stay. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed sitting on our deck everyday. It isn't right downtown in the action, but we rented a golf cart so we could get around. The view is gorgeous and my little boy loves being close to the airport & watching the planes. My only suggestions: the floors should be mopped before guests checked in. Our feet were black after 10 minutes of walking on the floor. We had to mop before we can enjoy our stay. Also, hand towels and hand soap would be nice amenities to have provided. Lastly, the pool should remain open later than 7:00pm.

This was a very clean unit with excellent design features throughout the condo. The washing machine electrical outlet was not functioning, but on day #2 management provided access to the vacant condo next door for us to wash our clothes, Thanks! All of the headboards on the beds in this unit were not attached to the bed, causing noise whenever turning over in the bed. When on the deck/patio, debris and/or liquids will fall down through the decking from the above patios.

We stayed here for my bachelorette party. The condo was huge, everyone had a bed and the bathroom situation was great. Plenty of space for all the girls to get ready! The condo was very clean just wish the weather would have been better to enjoy the beautiful deck and lake views!
