Put-in-Bay Waterfront Condo #105

What an amazing time, the weather was perfect, condo was perfect and the company even better. The unit held our group of 12 with no complaints. we had access to golf carts on site which was super convenient. Definately will be back next year

Location and layout were accurate per online description. You're about a mile from downtown PIB. Very spacious! Beautiful view! Need more specific directions for TV; could not get it to work.
It was very clean; towel holder in master bath came down, but nothing detrimental.
The manager gave us the warmest welcome I've ever received at a hotel. He was communicative and let us in as soon as cleaning was done (sooner than expected!)
We've stayed before this year, enjoyed both visits, would stay again.
Put-In-Bay on the weekend is for people who don't mind loud noises; you'll get bachelorette parties on the next door balconies and clubbers walking around the complex late at night. That said, we always slept well and never felt put upon. During the week, it's probably quieter.

Four couples drove up here from Penn Hills to get a summer break. Three couples had never visited the area. It was delightful! The property was exactly as described and the location couldn't have been better. There were a few minor bumps, which were remedied within 30 minutes of the call.

We rented a 12 person condo for 3 nights with a couple other families. It was very family friendly and we had so much fun! The condo is beautiful and the view is amazing. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay. Wonderful location and very nice staff. There were a few maintenance issues needing attention in the condo but I marked it down as we were very early in the season. May want to bring extra cups, plates, silverware as what was available was limited.

Our first time to Put-in-bay but won’t be our last. Had a lot of questions before going and the Island club rentals ladies help out and give suggestions one was to take the Miller Ferry over with your vehicle so that it’s easier to get all your stuff to condo. They suggested that we rent our golf cart from them since I needed a 6 person cart it is set up through them all you have to do is call the number and they bring the cart to your door and the paper work and let you know where to park it in the lot. You will need a golf cart to get to all the activities at the boardwalk.The condo was just like the pictures you see on internet very clean the deck was very nice for morning coffee and evening cocktail and the views were awesome. The only drawback was our last night which was on Friday was very loud and a lot of partying going on with music so loud you couldnt have conversation so we stay inside. With all that being said I will stay here again just won’t be back on a weekend.

The condo was very nice. I only wished they would have cleaned the back deck. It was very dirty. The whole back wall was covered in bugs and a bin of garbage was on the floor. Also was disappointed there was no blender or pitcher of any type in the kitchen.

Hi Carol, thanks for your feedback! We have made our Island Manager aware of the deck being dirty upon arrival. She will speak to the employee assigned to cleaning that unit, and make sure it won't happen again. As for the blender, give us a call next time because we can always check and see if we have any back in our office.

Our stay at Put in Bay Waterfront Condo went very well. Condo was clean and was a good location and so convenient to rent your golf cart from them as well.
We did miss not having a card/kitchen table to play cards that one rainy night.
Overall a nice place to stay.

Condo was big enough for a somewhat larger party that we had. Was clean, everything worked as it should, nice showers. Location was about a ten minute ride on a golf cart from where the ferry docks. Would recommend and use Island Club Rentals again. Thanks!

We stay at Putinbay every summer for a few days and just tried out the new waterfront condos. WOW!!! Absolutely beautiful views, comfortable interior, actual parking, a pool... even during Covid this place is super friendly staff-wise. Highly recommended!!!

Love this property located right on Lake Erie and only a five minute golf cart ride to downtown. Clean and safe environment. Nice pool area but wish they had a pool bar. Love the convenience of golf cart rentals delivered to your door and you keep them for your entire stay. Friendly staff that actually shows up in a timely manner if you need anything.

This is a very nice place to stay. Our group enjoyed every bit of it. Very clean. Wish there were tv’s in all the rooms. Would rent again though and would recommend to others looking. We had an issue with our original booking and Island Club Rentals was very accommodating in helping us.

My family (7 people) had a great trip! Everyone had their own comfy bed and there were plenty of bathrooms to share. We spent most of our time on the deck, fortunately we had great weather! Otherwise, I'm not sure where we would have dined and played games.

Overall we had no issues with the rental. There were some stains on the carpet and splashes on the wall that looked to be like spilled drinks. The only thing that I would change is making an early check in time available. We were able to rent golf carts from the condo company which was really great as they brought them straight to us. The taxi service to and from the ferry were also very great. Would definitely come back with a group of friends but probably not as a family with kids (at least on the weekend) as it gets very loud early in the day and stays loud well into the night.

Units are well stocked with necessities including good linens. Furnishing are comfortable and fit the space nicely. Views over the lake are great, especially for morning coffee. We used the grills and the patio area for a special party.

Hi Charlene, we are sorry about the WiFi issue. The WiFi install was contracted through Spectrum and with this being such a large project, they had to make many trips back and forth to the island. We are sorry this impacted your experience. The WiFi in each unit is now up-and-running.

My rental experience was good overall. However, I was disappointed that we were not provided with dish soap or hand soap in one of the bathrooms. When I called for condo assistance on the first night, I was told they would bring the soap over. Yet, the soap never arrived. Overall, the condo was beautiful and we had a great experience outside of that minor issue. It was clean and we enjoyed ourselves.

Our condo was beautiful. Everyone we worked with was very helpful and kind. By far it was one of the best places I have ever stayed at while visiting the island. I highly recommend the Island Club Waterfront Condos! You won't be disappointed!

These condos are very nice and you can tell they are relatively new. They are beautiful inside and have plenty of room for a big group. Loved the view of the water off the back balcony. It's also nice that the facility has its own pool right outside your door. Property staff was very helpful. Lots of families with kids staying here.

Such an amazing stay! Will only stay here from now on when I visit PIB! On the water & your own private pool. 2 minutes from downtown but not in the heart of it which is so ideal! And the owner is so down to earth. I'd recommend this to everyone.
