We had a wonderful time this past weekend. Location was by the airport which was quite than properties right downtown, but easy to get to downtown. The condo was clean and well maintained. With great views and nice pool. Will definitely be back.

the place was clean. We didn't get notified about the unit being ready early, we fand out after the fact. The place had a lot of room with plenty of bathrooms. it was nice having a w/d. the temp was hard to deal with, first floor be warm and bottom floor would be freezing. It was a concern due to having a small baby in the unit. I would maybe think about cleaning the balcony, we were unable to be out there at dusk or later because it would be FULL of spiders. these were things that will not stop us from coming back. It was a great stay over all, these are things maybe to improve. When we had an issue it was addressed quick.

Went for a bachelor party. Greta time Great place to stay close to the main strip but far enough to be peaceful. Awesome view! Heated pool for the chilly days. slept 11 of us comfortably

We stayed at the Put In Bay Waterfront Condo for a girrls night stay and loved it. The condo was about a mile down from the Miller Ferry so not too close to the hustle and bustle of downtown but nor too far either. We rented one of their golf carts to cruise around. The place was nice and clean and has four bedrooms with three baths - big enough to accommodate six girls. Loved the lakefront view from the condo too. Nice pool area and grills for grilling. Will stay again for sure.

These condos are perfect for family reunions or friend get togethers. 4 spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. Great deck overlooking the lake.

This was a last minute thought to Put-In-Bay and could not have been much better. I am kind of particular but our condo was awesome!! View of lake was beautiful... Clean and everyone was very helpful, will return.

Beautiful well maintained condo. Perfect for multiple families or large groups. Has everything needed from bedding, plenty of towels and kitchen supplies(pots and pans, cups, silverware, plates etc...) Great location just minutes from Miller Ferry. Golf carts for rent at property. Nice clean heated pool. Can't forget the amazing view from the deck ��

This was our first time visiting Put in Bay. We’re definitely coming back. There were so many things to do and the food was phenomenal. We stayed in a waterfront condo. It was awesome.

Should have known better as it is PIB. Friday night, Saturday, Saturday night VERY loud at all hours, smell of pot on the balcony almost non-stop, screams of "shots! shots! shots!" from the pool. Total party location and management does not do anything about noise despite repeated statements in contract stating otherwise. Weekdays were lovely!

Hi Eleen, We apologize for the weekend crowd. Put-in-Bay is a popular destination for bachelorette/bachelor parties. There is security for both the Island Club and Put-in-Bay condos but we did not receive any calls reporting this during your stay. In the future, please reach out while you are there and we can come by to ask groups to lower the noise. The weeknights are a lot calmer and we host many families during the week. We would be happy to help you find a quieter accommodation in the future if we are lucky enough to have you as a guest.

The waterfront condo was perfect. The view from sunrise to sunset was amazing. We had 11 people in the 4 bedroom/3 bath and it was spacious enough that we weren’t on top of each other, plus the deck is a good size. We really enjoyed our weekend.

We had another FANTASTIC time at Fall Ball -- great food, music, fun and friends :) Paul, Yana, Dottie and the whole Island Club staff are exceptional hosts and have generously put on this wonderful event (in addition to Spring Fling) for 20+ years! We stayed at the new Put-in-Bay Condos which have an unbelievable view of Lake Erie and are clean, well decorated, comfortable and have all the amenities of home. Our entire group loved the weekend and accommodations and can't wait to go back!!

Very comfortable and cute rental. Loved having a waterfront view! The condo was clean aside from the dead bugs not dusted from the ceilings and walls! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely make a trip back!

I love P.I.B. Waterfront Condos! I am a repeat guest and enjoy the convenience of staying here. From the check in process, great customer service, beautiful location, and amenities this is definitely the best place to stay! Tip: If you are looking for a low key, relaxing vacation make sure that you stay during the week.

This was the 3rd year we stayed here and love it everytime. The place is beautiful, in a great location, and maintenance is always a call away! There were a few little things this year that o was disappointed in; in the previous years there was dish soap and cleaner in the kitchen but this year there was not. Also was searching the house for a broom to sweep up before checkout but had to call them to get one.

The condo is just beautiful with top of the line appliances, granite countertops and beautiful flooring throughout. We could not have had a better place to stay while in Put In Bay!!! You could spend all day and night on the large balcony listening to the waves and watching the boats. It truly is the most beautiful place on the island!!!!!!

First time renting here but will definitely be back. Very clean spacious condo. Comfortable beds couldn't ask for more. Nice having our golf carts delivered right to us and being able to return them easily, no waiting in those long lines on a holiday weekend. It was a great time.

We celebrated our 50th anniversary at Put-In-Bay with our family of eleven. In March I began to make the arrangements....but where to stay? I saw the Waterfront Condo's online so made the arrangements to stay at #108. We were not disappointed. It was perfect. At the same time we rented three golf carts through Waterfront. They were there waiting on us to use and enjoy. The condo was very clean with the right amount of linens for the weekend. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

The condo was very nice - clean and new and just like in the pictures. The only thing we didn't like were the plastic mattress covers - very noisy. And we saw a lot of spiders, but I guess that's part of being on an island! We loved the pool - it was clean and well maintained and right outside our door. It is located in a quieter part of the island, about a mile from downtown. So if you want to be right in the middle of things, you might want to be a little closer. But this was just perfect for us. Would definitely recommend this place!

The check-in and check out was no-nonsense, as you simply get a key code for your room via email. The rooms were in good condition and clean. The instructions were very clear on what to do and not to do as far as keeping your security deposit. One issue, that was out of their control, was the large number of mayflies. The crew did attempt to mitigate it by literally using a leaf blower and a vacuum to clean up the flies daily.

Better lighting needed, overhead lighting not adequate. Sparsely furnished for large group. No waste baskets in bathrooms. No kitchen linens. Not enough silverware for large group. Need someplace for suitcases to land in bedrooms other than floors. One bathroom had moldy shower curtain. But still a good place to stay just needs something me tweaks. Outdoor deck is great. Pool area is very nice and well maintained. Clean with lots of seating. Grill areas a very nice bonus.

The condo is away from downtown but only a short golf cart ride. I enjoyed the location. The condos are beautiful inside. My only complaint about them is small things like no garbage cans in the bathrooms and very limited kitchen supplies, only plastic big utensils, which isn't ideal for the grill that's provided. Other than the little things, this is a great place to stay and we would stay again! The staff is great, professional but fun!

We switched from the Put-In-Bay Resort Condos this year. Inside living space is better at the new condos (in case it is a rainy day). You can take a cooler to the pool also a plus. Spent most of our on the deck overlooking the lake. Lovely. No kitchen towels or waste baskets in lower level, everything else perfect.

The waterfront condo was amazing. Very clean and up to date. Set up to be enjoyed as a couple or with many friends. The view was amazing. Watching the lightning dance on the lake was breathtaking.

condo is very nice, the property set up and location was great. The guests that were above us the first 3 nights were loud, obnoxious, and slobs, left their garbage everywhere, this is of no fault of the property or management company just common courtesy you would expect everyone to have on vacation.

We had a great condo (slept 12) with a beautiful view. The property was very clean and the property manager, Tony, was extremely helpful. Great parties on the decks and by the pool. Beer pong on the porch and beer bongs off the deck when we wanted. But also a quiet place to escape the craziness when you want. The place was filled with bachelor/bachelorette parties, big groups, and a couple small groups looking to vacation. Will definitely go back.
