Super clean and comfy condo.
It had everything we needed.
And the view of the lake was perfect.

The water front views on the balcony were unbeatable! The condos are comfortable. The parking lot is nice and close to rooms making it easy to walk to your rooms. It was easy to drive my car and golf cart around the island with ease from the condo location to the downtown location. The TV’s were very difficult to use which was disappointing. Overall, I would stay again on my next visit!

I never write reviews but figured this might help someone out... first of all, the condo and whole property were great. Everything was well taken care of and we had no issues.
We chose to utilize their shuttle rather than rent golf carts because we were planning on doing lots of drinking and didn’t want to risk it and that was a good choice. The shuttle was inexpensive and fun and always quickly available when we needed it.
The only bad thing I can say, and this is why I’m writing a review, is that due to an email/text I received I was led to believe that there would be no bedding, bath or kitchen towels, soap...all of this was super annoying because it was right before we were due to leave so a friend and I collected and packed all the sheets, towels etc and hauled them with us. Well we get there and this place have EVERYTHING. I was super pissed. We were already bringing drinks/snacks so it ended up being so much more than it needed to be.
I hope the condo does something about the situation so others aren’t inconvenienced like we were.
Other than that, we had a great stay and I would definitely recommend it!!

Very nice place to stay - we would for sure be back. The only thing I can say is there wasn't much kitchen essentials I would recommend bringing foil pans to use if you plan on cooking a little.

Condo was clean and neat upon arrival. All supplies listed in agreement were provided. Beautiful lake view from balcony. Only 2 minor comments- wish there was at least one larger than nightstand table or functioning luggage stand in each bedroom and living room couch is too soft and uncomfortable. Neither is a deal breaker though.

Condo was nice and what was expected. The grills had no propane and when we got a tank a lot of them only had 1 or 2 burners that worked. We had to switch the tank to 3 different grills before we got one that worked. Outside outlets did not work to plug boats in. would have been nice to have a dish rags and dish towels. It took a couple phone calls to get someone to get us access to water outside. The inside of condo was very clean and nice, beds were good and the whole place was clean. When we called the property management people about not having propane for the grills, she told us she was an answering service from out of state and could not do anything for us.

Our experience was great. The condo right on the water makes you feel as if you are down south at the beach rather than Lake Erie in Ohio. Great overall stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Our group of 7 was very pleased with the condo and enjoyed morning coffee on the deck overlooking Lake Erie. My suggestion is to have a bike rack available to lock our bicycles to when not in use.
Property management promptly responded to our request for more paper towels and attempted to obtain a bike rack for us.

This place was beautiful! Our group fit comfortably in all the bedrooms. The balcony deck overlooking the lake was a great place to relax and hang out as well as the full kitchen with bar height chairs. Getting downtown was a breeze. Will definitely look at renting one of these condos again next time we take a trip to PIB.

The location cant be beat and we loved having access to the deck with lakeview. The table and chairs were great to play games or just enjoy the water views. The inside was fine (dirty floors causing white socks to become black on the bottom). Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a ton of fun in PIB. Lots of live music and fun happening around town. The unit was as described and pictured. A few little things could be improved, like a nightstand or dresser in the bedroom, or more forks in the silverware drawer, but the $3 taxi to town was great, and we had a fun pool day, too. Tried 4 grills before finding one with propane, but no biggie. It worked.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location on the island is ideal because it's right on the lake and we spent many hours on the deck looking out at the water. The rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. The sheets and towels were high quality. The property manager onsite was very helpful and accommodating.

The only negative is that the sliding doors to the deck were covered in bugs (dead and alive), but we understand that's an issue for all properties on the lake.

The only suggestion we would have for the property owners is to make baby gates available for guests (or mention that there are stairs so guests can bring gates). We had a toddler with us and the steps posed a little bit of a concern, but it was manageable.

This condo was a great rental for our family, with plenty of bedrooms, spaces to hang out, and a nice big pool. Our kids loved being able to go to the beach and look for rocks and then jump in the pool to cool off. We had a few issues with the refrigerator and were missing a few essential cooking supplies. Management was incredibly responsive and all of the issues were fixed in less than 30 minutes. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and hope to come back again on another visit to Put-In-Bay!

Was very nice. My whole immediate family stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were clean and fit our family. The location was perfect. Rented 2 golf carts to get around. I would recommend this propert. Our only dislike was the people above us dropped items unto our deck.(beer cans, ping pong balls and cig.buts). One guest upstairs spilled beer on my daughter from above. All in all a great stay and would book again.

Was a great visit! Condo was very good. Definitely need mirrors in each bedroom and there was only one closet that was unfinished. A night stand in each room, but nowhere else to keep your clothes. Was 10 women in our condo so was difficult to get ready with only mirrors in the bathrooms. So convenient having the golf carts there and to arrive and leave, the cabs were right on. Loved the patio and the pool also! Would definitely recommend to others.

We came with two young children and my parents. Everyone had their own room and it couldn’t have worked out better. The view is incomparable to anywhere else on the island. We loved falling asleep and waking to the sound of the waves crashing. I would not bring my children on the weekend but during the week in June, it was truly perfect

It was a great place for a close get away for us. We chose a condo that overlooked the lake. Everything was very clean except the back deck that had been overlooked. There was a great patio area for everyone to use with tables & grills. A golf cart can get you anywhere on the island. Highly recommend.

The condo was spacious and lovely. Being right on the lake, the waves sounded like we could be on the ocean. The deck made for hours of game playing, enjoying the water and watching the many sea birds. The kitchen was beautiful.
If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to add bedside tables and lamps in the bedrooms. We had several night time readers in our group and there was only one lamp in the living room.

We come to Put In Bay every year. This year decided to stay in a condo. Everything was beautiful and perfect. The only issue was we were on the bottom floor, and the people above us spilled so much beer and alcohol on us through their deck. We couldn't enjoy the waterfront view due to the concerns of getting wet, or all of the bees their mess was attracting. We also had an incident where one guy was so drunk he climbed down from his deck onto ours. We then told him he needed to go, climbed on top of the siding blocking the next unit and went back up. Other than that everything was great.

WE WERE EARLY AND OUR ROOM WAS NOT READY YET, THE MANAGER TOOK MY NUMBER AND SAID HE WOULD CALL WHEN IT WAS, NEVER CALLED. ONCE WE GOT INTO OUR ROOM IT WAS CLEAN AND HAD NEW FIRNISHINGS. THE DECK WES GREAT ALONG WITH THE VIEW! THERE WAS NOT AN OFFICE THAT WE COULD FIND ON SITE SO BE PREPARED TO DO YOUR COMMUNICATING OVER THE PHONE .

Thanks for the review and we are glad you had a good time! This is not a hotel, these are all individually owned houses and condos, so there is no office to check-in or check-out. We have maintenance and housekeeping staff available 24/7 by phone and are glad to help with any issues!

This is the best view of the lake we've ever had in a condo! The deck is spacious and easily fits up to 10 people. The bedrooms are big but only have beds in them. No dressers, no bedside tables, no luggage rack, no lamps. We used the ironing board as a table just to keep a few things off the floor. One bedroom has a tv (on the wrong wall) and there's nowhere even to put the remote, cell phones or a clock. We kept saying the rooms were large but sparse. The bathrooms are big and the main living room is spacious and comfy. The kitchen had upscale appliances and countertops but lower quality utensils and only plastic cups. Perfect for damage control but not good for enjoying a glass of wine etc. The ice maker was in disrepair so we bought ice and then fixed it for whoever uses it next. We will probably stay here again because the view from the deck makes up for any interior shortcomings. The pool was well maintained but will be better when they are able to open the food/drink sales and play music. Another benefit to renters would be a connection to golf cart rental since the location is far from town on a heavily travelled road by the airport. Over all we recommend this waterfront condo and are very glad it happened to be available last minute right when we needed it!!

Thanks for the review and we are glad you enjoyed the unit. We have golf cart rentals onsite, just a simple phone call to the office for rental for future knowledge. There is no liquor license onsite, so we do not plan on having alcohol or food sales at the moment, but instead allow guests the convenience (and not having to spend an arm and a leg) of bringing their own drinks to the pool area. Great comment on the cutlery and it has been passed along, thanks!!!

We had a fantastic time. The unit is very nice. Appliances and kitchen we're fabulous. There was one tiny glich regarding the washer, the door was put on with left hinges and would only open about 6 inches. We weren't there long enough to really need it so it wasn't that big a deal. It also may only be this unit. Overall we loved it. Deck in this unit is huge.

The condo was perfect for our trip to Put-In-Bay. With a group of 10, I recommend taking 2 cars over on the ferry. While at the condo, we spent the majority of our time on the deck overlooking the water. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets! The pool was a little cold but refreshing. The condos still had a few unfinished areas due to being new for 2016. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful view, located away from the busy part of the town center but only minutes away by golf cart. A golf cart is a fun way to explore the island. The pool was just being filled up during our stay and looks to be lovely. Our only problem was that the condo walls are very thin and we could hear the people above us and beside us. Our neighbors were not being loud, you could just hear their normal conversations and their footsteps above. So you may want to bring ear plugs to sleep.

Our unit was lovely. The best thing was the view! It is clear they are still finishing them (there are some holes in the walls), but this did not bother us! The kitchen has all the things you need to prepare meals. Our bachelorette party had a blast sitting on the porch or watching the big screen TV. The pool was great! We used the taxi to get downtown and to the wineries. Coconut Pomps blasted tunes while we sang and danced!
