Put-in-Bay Waterfront Condo #111

For our late April weekend at PIB, the condo was perfect for three couples. All amenities as advertised, clean, and easy check in/departure instructions. Host communicated very effectively, and the condo was clean.

We visited for a short stay with a family of 5. Place was very large with lots of room and exactly as pictured if not better. Place had just about everything you would need for a short or weeklong stay and we had no complaints. Best part was the large deck over the lake provided fantastic views and enough room for everyone to gather. The kids enjoyed the pool and having plenty to watch on TV at night. Place was very clean and washer and dryer were a big plus, just remember to bring detergent.

Location was quiet yet close to everything, just a short 5 minute golf cart ride to store, bars, restaurants, ferry and entertainment. Would recommend especially if traveling with a large group or multiple families.

We had an amazing stay in the waterfront condo. Sunrises over the lake are out of this world and the back deck was the perfect place to watch. Our family had lots of space to spread out. The pool was perfect for the kiddo. Highly recommend.

The condo #111 was spacious, clean and beautiful. The view was great. We were there before the season really opened up and there was o my one restaurant open so the full kitchen worked out great. I would definitely rent the condo again. The upper level has the kitchen, large bedroom and living room. The lower level was surprisingly full of additional bedrooms and full bath and washer and dryer.

I came in from Florida to celebrate Mother's Day with my mother and family and from the beginning of me calling in to make the reservation I was greeted nicely the staff answered all my questions. Walking into the unit was exactly how the photos displayed the unit. The room was very clean spacey! We enjoyed waking up eating breakfast on the deck overlooking the water so beautiful!

My Security Team has stayed in the Lake Font condo #111 a number of times. Last year we had to stay somewhere else due to storm damage at #111. We were very glad to be back this year. It was almost like coming home. It would be nice to have some dressers in the rooms and what happened to the ironing board? It is always nice, after working out in the sun all day to come back to a cool comfortable place to relax. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

This updated unit was beautiful! Updated appliances and beautiful lake side view! Very clean spacious unit for 10 guests. I highly recommend this unit. My only complaint is that the vacation rental
management were unprofessional and rude when I requested a late check out.

My bachelorette party and bride had a lot of fun staying at this rental. The condo was clean with plenty of space for seven girls ... could probably fit more. Deck had an amazing view. Staff was professional. Kitchen was spacious great for brunch and pregaming for bars... which were only a short golfcart ride away (we had a dd of course!).

Enjoyed 3 nights at Put-in-Bay waterfront condo #111. Found the property to be spacious, clean and ideal for our girls' trip. Already planning to come again next year! Before the trip, the communication with the rental agent team was superb. I asked several questions before the trip and each question was swiftly answered. My only bit of advice to management was the checkout instructions were a little confusing as there were different instructions via text, on the monitor in the condo and emailed.

Nice location, but not much regarding amenities, decor, no table fir eating (other than outside). No dressers and no hangers for your clothes and nothing to even set you suitcase on, It served it’s purpose, but felt over priced given the bare bones feel of the unit.

This is the 3rd time my team and I have stayed in #111. We were glad to see the vertical blind gone & replaced with curtains. We were also glad to see the screen door onto the patio repaired. The condo was clean and ready for use. I would like to see a chair in the upstairs bedroom to sit on while getting dressed.

I’ve stayed at multiple places on the island and this has by far been the best. Quiet and secluded, great pool, spacious and updated inside. Hosts are very kind, helpful, and quick to respond. Definitely would recommend!

We had no idea Put In Bay and the Island Club Rentals were such a great find! The water front condo's were perfect for our large group. We rented two units that were side by side-110 and 111. The view from these places is second to none-if you didn't know where you were, you would be convinced you were on the back of a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean. The units were spacious, well appointed and clean. The pool has a great atmosphere. Saturday tends to be a little more rowdy-less kid friendly. The other days are much more quiet and subdued. We had a blast and will be back!

My security team has now stayed in condo 111 twice. We have liked it both times. This year with the bad weather it was very nice to have a place to wait out the storm when the racing got cancelled on Wednesday. In the main bedroom up stairs, it would be nice to have a small dresser to place suitcases / clothes on. I end up using the ironing board out of the closet for this task.

Everything was excellent except no shower curtain downstairs, the downstairs toilet didnt flush good and ran all the time and the bathroom lights above mirror went out. Everything else was about our condo was excellent nice clen and everything. Next was upon checking in it took almost 3 hours to get our gold cart.

Put-in-Bay is the perfect place to relax and recharge without going too far from home! We recently stayed at the Put-in-Bay Waterfront Condos which have an unbelievable view of Lake Erie! Our place was beautiful. The view was spectacular. Rooms were very clean. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and there was a maintenance man there within an hour and got it fixed. Bed was very comfortable. Will be back but at a later time of the month next time. We went the first weekend of May. It was cold and rainy and not all the shops, restaurants or bars were open yet. But overall we still enjoyed our vacation.

This was a trip to the island I did not know how it would go. This was a reflective time for our family members so we planned for our group to be together in one location. I have seen the ads for the Put-in-Bay Condos and thought of staying there someday. Well this was that “someday.” This place felt more like being home than at a hotel room. We had great family time together and the stunning view of the lake just added to this whole experience. So this turned out to be a great place to stay and I could see staying there with friends and family during warmer summertime and really getting the full benefits of being on the water along with a very nice pool which was no useable at the time of year we visited. It’s somewhat pricey but if you are splitting cost, then it is in the reasonable category and the lake view of Kelly’s Island and the mainland from the deck are just fantastic. Loved it!

The process to check in was super easy. Especially with Covid and little contact. The condo was clean and beautiful. Well appointed with all the necessary appliances. I had a problem two years In a row with someone taking our golf cart because most have same keys. They’re pretty expensive for us to go out and it be missing so really wish they’d fix that. Besides that matter the rooms are clean, the pools clean and staff is nice.

Overall the June 2020 stay was good///we stayed during the week before in July of 2017 and it was great///unfortunately the June 2020 stay was on a weekend and there was alot of younger parties going on and it was a little to loud for my liking/////The pool was nice but there was a group of 25 -30 year olds being loud and vulgar///

In my opinion there should be security onsite at all times and the outside alcohol should be limited somehow.////Would stay again but not on a Summer weekend

This was everything we expected from the pictures. Beautiful views, clean condo, excellent pool, everything just as they described. Be prepared on the weekends- mostly everyone is there to have a great time and it can be that kind of atmosphere sometimes, but we didn't mind because we were there to have fun also and we are all in our 50's. We will defiantly be returning again!!!

Great time, perfect view of the lake, gas grills and tables, we actually had a cookout. Golf carts rental onsite, but still walking distance to downtown and Park which we did a couple times. Did have issues with the pass code, it did not work, someone onsite let us in after we displayed our receipt and ID, I called the listed number, and they said they would send someone over to reset it, but no one ever came, but our group of 10, there was always someone home.

Myself and a team of 4 others work as Security for the vintage car races at the airport every year. In the past we have stayed at B&Bs, and a variety of hotels on the island. This condo has worked the best for us and we plan on using it again. I do wish the main bedroom upstairs had a dresser in it. I had know place to set items except on the night stand. The property was nice and clean, but I gave it 4 stars because nothing is perfect.

There were 7 of us and this place was perfect. Perfect location. Outside is well maintained. The deck was our commununal place for talking, coffee klatches and enjoying the view. Kitchen is modern and up to date. Plenty of sleeping places.
Our only complaint was the cleanliness - molding around the floors was dirty and there were dust balls around. The deck had cobwebs everywhere and there were cigarette butts. None of us smoke so I want to make sure the deposit is returned! It needed to be swept before our arrival. We did the sweeping.
Rental arrangements were easy and precise. My phone calls were answered appropriately. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

The staff was friendly and the condo was comfortable with a great waterfront view. The floors could have been swept and mopped a little better before our arrival but, other than that, this was a nice place to stay. The island was fun with a lot of attractions for kids... and the nighttime activities appeared to be abundant for the much, much older "kids".

We stayed here for our annual cousin weekend. The condo’s accommodations were great. And listening to the waves crashing from the balcony was amazing! We rented golf carts from Island Condos and it was really convenient having them at the condo when we arrived. The only complaint - and it’s very minor - is the only mirrors are in the bathrooms. It was only problematic because we had 10 women getting ready to go out at the same time. So, ladies, bring a makeup mirror. Hahaha!!

The waterfront condo was perfect for a weekend with friends. We were able to spend some time downtown and some time at our condo. We loved having coffee and breakfast on the balcony in the morning and we enjoyed the grills in the evening. Great weekend retreat!

Loved being on the water! We are seasoned Put in Bay travelers so this time we traded walking distance to downtown for a beautiful lake view and accommodating our entire family. Josh from the main office, was great to work with. This is a spacious condo and we would highly recommend it for all. Remember to bring your own bath soap as it's not provided! We rented a few golf carts from Island Club rentals, but they were very slow. Next time we'll rent near Miller Ferry. Be sure to make an advanced golf cart reservation as they sell out quickly. Have a great time!

The condo was very nice . It fit all of our families perfectly fine. The pool was a very clean and well equipped with chairs. We will be back in a couple weeks with our Navy son and family just getting back from deployment. And they live in Washington State they will love it.

We chose to stay here as first annual family vacation. All 8 of us together in this beautiful 4 bedroom waterfront condo. The weather was great the entire week. The condo was clean, well maintained and very convenient to downtown activities, restaurants and local children attractions. We had a great time here.

The condo was nice, we stayed in #111. Joey the maintenance guy, was wonderful. When I called main office with concerns, Joey came over to address all the issues. Joey and his staff were very polite and kind whenever we asked them questions about the condo or the island. Best stay yet, We have stayed at the Waterfront Condos several times. Each visit was better then the last. The call center was very helpful also. They address all my issue as well. Thanks for wonderful stay.

The condo was spacious for a group of girls, it was like brand new. Loved that it was close enough to the action of town but far enough a way to enjoy some R & R as well. Great views of sunset and sunrise over the lake from the patio.

Clean spacious updated condo.
Only complaint was there was not a table option for us to sit at inside and with the bugs and bees that became challenging- otherwise great.

A group of friends and I stayed in a condo for a weekend. The place was in great shape, and the staff was friendly and willing to help. Would recommend to anyone if you are looking for a nicer place than the regular downtown hotels. The only thing is that it's a little out of the way from downtown, but i can't complain since that's what we were expecting. 20 minute walk. The cabs are a great option though.

Everything was great and we had a fantastic time. The only think that I could recommend is the floors need to be scrubbed good. The bottom of our feet were always black.

We rented the condo as a new vacation spot for a weeks get-a-way. The condo was spacious and clean. The decor was beautiful. Check in and check out was easy as the emailed directions were very clear. Never needed a car as the golf cart rental through the phone number on our kitchen counter filled the bill. They delivered it quickly to the condo. We brought our vehicle over on the ferry, parked it in the parking lot and never needed it until it was time to load our luggage and go home. The island is easy to travel around on bikes too. The condo was quiet and the view of the lake was beautiful.

We were first time visitors to the island. Our family was so pleased with the condo. We definitely plan to return. The location is perfect and the view is spectacular. The only thing I would recommend is a DVD player in the family room.

Good morning

I just wanted to write a quick review on our stay at your facility this past weekend. Staying at many places at the Bay over the last 20 years, from hotels to houses to your Island Club and many others ... nothing compares on the Bay.

Excellent setup in the condos with plenty of space and bathrooms .. ridiculous waterfront view, nice pool and location near Miller Ferry. The customer service leading up the stay was superb as well .. above and beyond!

My group of 17 talked up these all condos all weekend to every group we met.

A++++ accommodations.. already looking at booking our next trip later this summer

The view from our balcony was absolutely awesome. We are a group of 9 ladies; ranging from the ages in our 50s to mid 70s. The entire island was very clean and everyone we met were very friendly. The Island Club management were there for anything we needed. These condos had just opened and we're still under some construction; the interior of the condo was bright and cheerful; however, the bedrooms had no dressers or night stands and lamps. We understand from the management all the interior furniture was coming. We enjoyed everything we did while on the island. The rental of golf carts to get around the island is a must; because there is limited parking of cars. Thanks for a great week.

Every year 24-60 women travel to Put-in-Bay to have fun. For the past 3 years we've stayed with Put-in-Bay condos. We LOVE everything about this place. The new condos were awesome. We were the first official guests! We've already reserved condos for next year!!!

Excellent Condo that sleeps 12 comfortably, brand new high quality everything and the view is unmatched on the island. We stayed here last week of July and the pool and grounds are still under construction however there was a pool to use at another resort.
