Put-in-Bay Waterfront Condo #202

First time to the island. Stayed the 2nd week October. We weren't aware that the island closes everything up for the season, seemed like a ghost town. Still had a nice, quiet time.

Loved the view from both balconies and hearing the the water hit the shore. Plenty of space for two couples. Would be a great place for a girls trip too. Four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

I only cooked one meal but had all the essentials we needed in the kitchen. Overall place was nice and clean. Only recommendations would be to add a TV in every bedroom, only the master had one.

The room was spotless and the set up was ideal for 3 families. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary items. Staying at the condo saves us money since we can cook some meals there and not depend on restaurants.

Family of eight stayed for 4 days/3 nights in a 4 bedroom condo. The unit was clean and kitchen is well equipped. It was wonderful having 3 full bathrooms. The deck patio has a nice 8 person table but there were so many spiders, we didn’t spend much time out there. Also, this property is “waterfront” as opposed to “beach” front. There are sewage treatment release pipes that empty out to the lake right in front of the condo. I’m sure the water is clean but aesthetically, it was unpleasant. Staff was wonderful and very attentive to requests. Nice location and downtown was a short golf cart drive away. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back

Our Stay in Put in Bay Condos was excellent! Condo was clean with plenty of room! Check in and check out easy and convenient! Staff goes above and beyond to help with any questions or mishaps! Even our golf carts rental was quick and easy! Great job! And would highly recommend!

We had such an awesome time! This is my 2nd or 3rd time renting a condo at Put in Bay Condos, and I have not had one bad experience at any time! Love the condos I have stayed in thus far! Very clean and love the decor and rooms. Sitting out on the balcony and overlooking the water makes you feel like you're not even in Ohio. It makes me feel like I'm in Florida! Oh! And we loved swimming in the pool! We will definitely be back!

We stay here every year. Plenty of room with beautiful lake views and only a five minute golf cart ride to downtown. Only drawback is paper thin walls so plan on getting woke up by loud neighbors on occasion. I like that you can rent golf carts for entire stay rather than daily.

We had a great time visiting Put in Bay April 2023. It was early in the season, so not everything was open, but we still had fun.

Would recommend that the condo add a dresser and mirror to the 2 upstairs bedrooms. There was no where to set anything but on the floor.

The condo was so beautiful and very clean! We celebrated a bachelorette party with a group of 12 here and loved it! Plenty of space for all of us. Staff were so helpful, even helped us carry a large cooler up the stairs. The balconies looking over the lake were the perfect place for morning coffee! We did have an issue with the garbage disposal not working and backing up into the sink but after calling, the maintenance man was up in 20 minutes and had it fixed for us in no time. Would highly recommend staying in condo 202!

The rental was exactly what we imagined it would be! Spacious, beautiful views, close to the Miller ferry, and a shirt ride to downtown put in bay. The condo was clean, and well stocked with plates, cups, silverware, and ice. The pool had plenty of seating and the water was a perfect temperature.

This condo is great to bring a large group of friends. Very clean and easy check in process. Located a 5 min golf cart ride from all the action and about 3 min to Miller’s Ferry.

The Put-in-Bay Waterfron Condo's were newly remodeled and definitely one of the nicer properties on the Island. The pool was clean and nice. There were little things like a lot of spiders on the deck/patio furniture, all of the towels were in the downstairs bathroom instead of evenly dispersed between the bathrooms, no garbage cans in the bathrooms, so there was some trash that pervious people threw under the sinks, but overall the property was nice and I'd stay again.

We had 8 girls here for a weekend and had plenty of space. Porch seating and furniture suits a big group. Kitchen and seating areas for meals were also well fitted. Given it is a condo style building, privacy is tough when nearby units are occupied and also using the outdoor deck. Taxis were very easy to get around the island. It was worth staying away from downtown for the view and updated building. We had a light bulb out and within 20 minutes it was fixed by security, great service!

5 of us went to put in bay all for the first time.

The accommodations were nice, clean and all what we expected.

Lots to do for everyone of all ages, good food, live music and fun bars in the evening.

Arrived to a beautiful layout overlooking the lake. Everything was as it was advertised and when we did have one hiccup (flat tire on the golf cart) it was repaired right away.

Our group of women have been going to Put-in-Bay every July for the past 30+ years. We’ve been staying with Island Club Rentals for the past 5 years and are booked for next year already! Our group was the first reservation for the water front condos! We love staying here!!! Everyone! And I mean everyone is super nice!

We stayed the week of 4th of July, checked in on Sunday the 1st and out Saturday the 6th. The location was easy to find, just right down from the Ferry and Airport. When we arrived, there weren’t any parking spaces in the lot so it seemed that some people broke the parking space limit rule. We parked temporarily in an accessible spot to unload and then eventually were able to move our vehicle. We thought there was an elevator and there is but it is on the other side of the building from where our Condo is located so we ended up carrying everything up the stairs. Not a huge deal but FYI.

The view from the balcony in the master bedroom and the main balcony is just amazing. You can hear the waves crashing and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening right on the lake. This side of the lake doesn’t get the most amazing sunsets but they are still beautiful.

We were told that the kitchen was fully stocked but there were some things missing that would would have liked to have had.

The condo was clean for the most part but we did find someone else’s baby item in a drawer and the kitchen floor was dirty. Otherwise, we found the condo perfect for our family - I have a toddler and although the condo was decorated, I didn’t feel like he was going to hurt himself on nicknacks every 5 seconds.

We were able to park our golf cart right on the property and taxis were easy to get too!

The pool closes at 7pm. I thought that was ridiculous. 7pm? We showed up when it opened in the AM and they were still power washing after it opened which was kind of annoying. If you are going to limit hours - shouldn’t the cleaning be done outside of operating hours? There were often unaccompanied kids in the pool. Not sure what the owners can do about that.

Overall, we would come back. The condo was spacious, in a great location with beautiful view. It was a great place to enjoy PIB with our family.

the views were nice and the unit was clean. upstairs balcony doors did not lock and we had small children so i was a little concerned about them trying to open them out of curosity- had to block it with a night stand. i thought the beds were randomly set up with only 1 bathroom to share on the top level with the 3 bedrooms. the pool house bathroom was also a little messy.

Property location and size was amazing. Pool was cery nice. The condo was not the cleanest. We saw hairballs rolling out from under furniture and our feet were black from walking around with no shoes on. I would recommend this place and stay here again.

This condo was beautiful, spacious and had awesome views overlooking the water. I really wasn't sure if when booking the space that I could trust the pictures, since it looked so nice, but they are 100% accurate and the place was actually nicer in person! Beds are new and super comfy - actually everything is brand new. Tony was awesome in taxiing our bunch of girls around for the weekend and was super easy to get a hold of. Overall, we had a great weekend at the Put-in-Bay Condos!

Gorgeous view! Info online not accurate. Did not know it was two-story condo, but no problem. Thought there was one king-size bed, but only queens. Not **** and span, but acceptable. Feet very black from dirty floor. Living room seating for five, condo for twelve, had to use bar stools. All in all, okay, and would recommend. On the management company question, we got a different person each time we called, did not receive promised email one time, but all turned out well.

The condo was very roomy and clean and the beds were comfortable. Eating breakfast on the balcony overlooking the lake was amazing, as was the sunset. The kitchen was great and had everything you needed. The pool was perfect. When I had a question the gentleman on duty answered the phone immediately and responded quickly. I can't wait to go back next year.

The condo we stayed in was a perfect spot to hold a group of our size,12. We had enough sleeping space, the back deck looking out onto the water and the living space was all we needed. The pool was an added bonus for us. Location was tough at times because we needed to taxi or rent golf carts just to go eat. The taxi was cheap, which was good, but difficult to organize for a group this size to organize rides for when we were all going in different directions or wanted to eat at different times.

Great location, love having a pool, condo was spacious and updated... lots of bugs, but you'll have that by the lake. Since the building is new there are a few kinks to work out (outlets not working), but no doubt those things will be taken care of considering how helpful and on top of it the staff is. Great experience, would come back.

We rented two condos for a mini family getaway to Put-n-Bay. These new condos are very spacious with all of the necessary amenities making traveling feel like a home away from home. We are definitely considering a return to these condos next year. I highly recommend a stay.
