The condo we rented was clean, well appointed and well maintained. We loved to lake front location. The staff at Island Club are amazing. Everyone was very nice and very helpful.

My friends and I had a good time at the condo. Patio was wonderful. Beds and pillows comfortable but living room furniture is tired. Would have appreciated wine glasses of some sort and the towels provided were very hard - fabric softener would help.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in a condo with Island Club. We returned for the quality and location.

This is not a downtown accommodation and that's such a plus! The condo was clean and appointed as described. We did not need to do our own cleaning before feeling comfortable. The smoke alarms work- as we found out from preparind dinner (another plus to a condo over a hotel room!) The beds were comfortable. There's no need to be hesitant to sit on the living room furniture because this isn't the party scene, as they have a strict policy of what types of groups are on property. For that reason, the pool was clean and there was the opportunity for all guests to enjoy- families with small children included. Plan time to take advantage of the lake-side deck. With the lapping of the waves you can close your eyes and be in any waterfront destination! We will be back!

We have stayed in the waterfront condos numerous times and always have a great experience/time. This was the first time we used the common area grills and they were extremely clean.

our family met a friend’s family for a 5 day vacation. everything worked out great with the unit itself, especially the space it offered. we knew it was a “party town” so we purposely booked monday thru friday. we had some noise issues at the property on thursday night and one downside is there wasn’t any onsite staff (after 2 hours of noise on the patio i called but it was an answering service). i would recommend maybe adding someone on thursday nights as we’ve heard they have on fridays and saturdays. chocolate cafe is great for breakfast sandwiches. the upper deck had fantastic dinner service and views. kids loved the perry’s activities and the playground “downtown”. the candy store with ice cream was a big hit too. definitely get a golf cart!

A great home base while visiting the islands! Good location for launching your day into town. Stellar location for attending Bash on the Bay. In good shape. True to pictures. Could use a more thorough cleaning between renters or at least toward end of season. Overall very good!

My family really enjoyed our stay. Condos were very nice and clean. We rented 2 Condos side by side for 19 people in our family as a graduation celebration. Condos had everything we needed, and we loved the decks and pool. Wilp definitely stay here again if we make it back to PIB.

The view from this condo was amazing! Easy to get to and provided nice place to stay at Put in Bay! Only negative was condo was not very clean and balconies had huge piles of mayflies that looked like they had been there awhile.

We had such a great experience this past weekend while staying at the put-on-bay waterfront condos. The view off our balcony was incredible, updated kitchen and bathrooms, clean, plenty of space, definitely the nicest place we have stayed at put-in-bay. We need some additional towels at one point, we called the office and they had them to us within 5 minutes. Great location as it was only a mile to the downtown area, We are customers for life and could not have been happier, highly recommend!!

Our family has been coming to Put-In-Bay for many years. My children were small and we used to go to Cedar Point three days a week and Put-In-Bay two days. As the kids got older, we enjoy the island so much, we decided to stay on the island. We have been staying at the Put-In-Bay condos for the last two years and we love it. We like the idea that everyone gets a bed to sleep in, and there is a full kitchen. There is nothing like having breakfast out on the porch overlooking the lake. In the evening after a busy day the living area is very comfortable for the whole family. We come up to the condos twice a year and we will continue to do so.

The condo was fantastic and more than we expected. The deck on the lake was a great place to escape to eat, read and nap. Put in a Bay is a delightful community with activities for all ages, our group ranged fro 7 to 68. So many restaurants on the island made it easy and o find a quality meal.

Worked out really well for us. However the elevator is still not working
And our unit was on 2nd floor. Very inconvenient!!!!!

The condo was a great place for our family. It was clean and the views were amazing. The maintenance and cleaning crews were always there and very friendly. We never had an issue, but other condos did (light bulbs replaced and minor things), someone was always around to help. The elevator wasn't working and didn't look like it was going to be fixed anytime soon, so with staying so long with a lot of stuff that was a minor pain. Overall a great trip and we will stay again!

Our first time to the island we went for my wife's birthday! The condo was huge 4 bdrm 2 bath plus 2 balconies and your right on the water! Nice pool and the staff bent over backwards to make you happy! I know these are brand new and a work in progress but our master bdrm didn't have night stands and the closet was missing the pole you hang your clothes on. No dressers either but that was the only bump in an otherwise GREAT place. We will defiantly be back!!!

A booking error led our party to this location. What a great thing to happen. Upon booking we were informed that the pool and some other landscape issues were unfinished. We looked at the alternatives and went ahead with the condo. When we arrived the location was still unfinished and had construction work being done all over. The elevator was not installed, drive and sidewalks littered with materials, and loud noise everywhere. Then we opened our door. All the issues disappeared! What a unit! Honestly the bedding was not done and most furniture and tvs were not installed yet. But WOW THE VIEW AND FINSIHINGS! Gorgeous views of the water and sights! Right out the patio and bedroom door was breathtaking scenery and the calming waves. High end finishings and furniture made it welcome and clean. The staff was only a call away to prepare bedding and resolve any issues. They admitted being a bit behind but were honest and helpful to make anything possible. The outdoor community grills were nice and clean. Bathrooms were excellent, and even in unit washer/dryer!! Overall a great experience that we will make again once they are complete! THere were many bad reviews on Facebook and other sites complaining about issues. Ignore them and book now! By the time you get there, kinks and flaws should be over with and a perfect experience await! Make the trip! Very close to beaches, wineries, downtown, monument, etc! This is the only place to stay on the island!

These units are very spacious and offer a lot of amenities. The nicest property I've stayed at on PIB. The construction was still taking place on the pool, which was a disappointment. We did not find out about that until just a few days before we arrived. All in all, I believe it was a very good rental for the money.
