Great location

The house is older but the old charm was nice. The location is right near all of the excitement. The only thing I did not like was the noise from the upstairs neighbors. We're usually a noisy crowd ourselves but I think due to the age of the house, the noise was quite noticeable.

Aunt Janes Victorian Manor - Mid Floor June 26-29

Second time in two years staying at this location. After coming last summer for a bachelor party I wouldn't have wanted mine anywhere else. Great location, privacy when needed, and for the price you can't beat it. Weather was very poor which caused the power to go out, but it was out everywhere on the island to no fault of anyone other than mother nature. Was fixed and turned back on as promptly as the weather would allow.

Bachelor party house

Not someplace for families but a bachelor party was fine. The property was dirty, the furniture and interior were outdated. When it says it sleeps 10 that means 2 people per double bed. Being a bachelor party the guys were not happy about sleeping with other guys but we made it work.

Frat house

When I was booking the house I was told, "it is a beautiful Victorian house." There are no pictures of it anywhere so I took the women's word. Upon arrival I found out that this beautiful Victorian home was actually something exactly opposite of that. It was disgustingly dirty with bugs everywhere. The curtains were hanging sideways and the window air conditioner was being held in by a piece if wood that didn't fit correctly in the window. If I was the owner I would change the name from Aunt Janes Victorian Manor to Theta Chi frat house

Aunt Janes Middle Floor

The vacuum was broken & there was no mop or broom. So it made it hard to clean. Plus we had all the mayflies, which got into the windows. But for a bachlorette party it's a great social location, close to bars and pools.

Aunt Janes is awesome

The house is great, we had 8 ladies stay for the weekend and there was plenty of room. The location can't be beat, right off the main strip but still quiet.

Aunt Jane's Victorian Manor

This location was ideal in proximity to everything. The house was nice with its quaint victorian charm. The large front porch was nice to sit on at night and yard was great for grilling out. The management staff was great, I found them very helpful and willing to accommodate our needs. Thanks for a great time in PIB!!! We'll be back!
