Our family had the most fantastic getaway at this waterfront condo! From the moment we walked in, we were so impressed with how very clean and welcoming the space was. It's clear the owners take great pride in making it a very nice place for guests.
Loved the balcony-Great views of Lake Erie, only suggestion would be make the beach area more inviting, clean it up, put some firepits out there, easy access to get down to the beach-I know this may be difficult as water rises but build it up? 1 other suggestion-since this was used to sleep 4 people, would be great to turn the laundry room into a half bath. Other than that, everything else was great!
Loved the pool area and grills, and patio areas. Thanks!

This place was perfect!!!!! Very clean and comfortable for 4 ladies wanting to relax and enjoy the island for the 1st time. We picked a perfect time as the crowds not only seemed less but age range was wonderfully fitting. Staff was outstanding. From the booking till the check out all of our questions were answered! They offered numbers for everything pointing us in the right direction !! Highly recommend the taxi service. Captain Kyle went above and beyond!!! I know the timing of our stay was helpful in him being able to do all the extras but so appreciated! They have absolutely no control over other guests actions but I feel the need to prepare any 1st time visitors ....our last night was disappointing. Our neighbors obviously enjoying their time played loud music till 7am even banging on our door several times to be let in (drunken mistake)
We not wanting anything to escalate unfortunately you never know now a days didn’t make contact in regards to this issue until the morning at check out. There is not staff available on site over night to our knowledge or we would have made contact

We have stayed in many oceanfront condos across the country.
This condo right in our home state beats all others we have stayed at.
It is very open and spacious,has the biggest balcony to comfortably fit 6 people on. The kitchen is huge for a condo and it is directly in front of the water.
It was clean and well equipped.
We highly recommend amd can't wait to go back on the summertime.

This is a great place right on the water!! We found the location convenient, even rented a golf cart to get around the island. Loved sitting on the deck looking out over the water. Would stay here again.

Clean, neat condo with a beautiful view of Lake Erie. The only reason it's a 4 and not 5 is that we would have liked to have more cookware in the kitchen -- I had to get creative to prepare a meal. A coffee table or dining table would have also been nice since I was feeding 6 people (the deck has a large table, but the day was hot so we ate indoors). However, these are small things -- the unit was very clean, staff was polite and helpful, and the view was spectacular. We were in Put In Bay because our daughter's band was playing at Frosty's, and it was a great excuse to visit somewhere new while watching our daughter perform. The people of the island were friendly, and the place itself is charming. We really enjoyed the trolley tour around the island as well as the Perry Memorial, waterfront park and restaurants. The venue owners and patrons also treat the bands very well (not always the case in other locations). Fun long weekend which I would highly recommend.

The condo itself was clean and very well-kept. The deck that the patio furniture was on was something to be desired. There were dead bugs all over the screen and the deck itself so it was kind of gross. Other than that the view was magnificent of the lake. It would’ve been nice to have some kind of way to get to the lake from the condo. The bathroom was a great size but for it being a six person condo it offered very little space or places to put your wet could also use a bench to allow the guests a place to put their hygiene products and close somewhere while they’re in the bathroom showering. The staff was great and helping reserve an update our reservation. We love putting bay and will continue to use Island Club rentals and Put in Bay reservations as long as we stay on the island.

I had gone to bed and my husband was still up watching TV it was around 10:30 at night when a man open our door and walked in. he was as surprised as my husband was as he said he enter in his code and the door opened. He apologized and left. But we didn't feel very safe after that.
Also the "guest" in the room next to us were loud and extremely foul mouthed. We should have called on them so that was our bad. other then that we did enjoy ourselves.

Hi Pat, I'm sorry that happened. All doors have a lock code that is unique to that condo and changed after each stay. My only guess would be that the condo door was not closed. We certainly wish you would have called our office during your stay so we could have checked the door for you to put your mind at ease. We also have security staff that could have stopped by to chat with your noisy neighbors. In the future, please don't hesitate to call if you need anything. We pride ourselves on working hard so you can enjoy your vacation.

A perfect rental for our girls weekend get away! We walked into a clean condo with up to date furnishings. A view on the patio of beautiful Lake Erie! AC temps were great. Loved the community pool and made friends there all weekend. Bobby was a great property manager and even went out of his way to hook us up with Ice and pizza recommendations. Would recommend to all and would come back!

We had such a great stay at the waterfront condos. You can't beat the view! Probably one of the best in Lake Erie. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. The balcony furniture was perfect to eat all our meals with a waterfront view. The staff was extremely nice and responsive. We needed a few grilling tools and more towels and they brought them over quickly and all I had to do was send a message on an App. Definitely the best place to stay on the island! We will be back!

We had a lovely visit. Our unit was right on the Lake. Very modern unit. Only issue was lacking sheets for the sofa bed.

Was in a 4 BR condo rather than the 1 BR due to a cleaning crew mixup. 1st floor with an amazing view. The upstairs is identical to the 1 BR unit but there were bedrooms and bathroom downstairs. We were there the 1st of October. Over half of the Island businesses were already closed. But, there were many great restaraunts and shops open!! We loved Topsy Turvy & Cameo Pizza.

Condo was spotless and beautiful. More living room furniture would have been nice - maybe a coffee table. We booked this room for a bachelorette party of 6. Online it looked like it was going to be small, but once we got in the room there was plenty big and the view was awesome. Everything was so nice from all the information they send you to the easy check in and out. Literally the only complaint I have is that it needs a longer shower curtain and it is so clean. I forget her name but that lady who had me sign for the room was so nice and laid back. We had an amazing time and made friends with people around at the other condos. There is even a grill out front. I am definitely coming back!

So many positives like the view from lakeside, the pool, outdoor grill and seating areas. Including the condo itself with kitchen, counter seating areas, bedroom, laundry, and large screen TV's. Just a great place overall to visit and stay at.

We had a great time staying at this location. Everything was relatively new and very clean. Only complaint would be that the outside deck needed a serious cleaning - there were a large number of spiders out there which made it uncomfortable to sit. Would consider staying here again in the future!

Very hard working manager . Cleaning ladies nice . Dissapomited in the dirty hallways outside and the dirty balconies for the price we paid i would expect powerwashing daily outside rooms and balconies . Very happy to have full kitchen AMD laundry slept well kids slept well .

The condo is very spacious & clean. View from the balcony is spectacular. Was worried about bugs because it isn't screened, but we had no problems. A couple citronella candles would work. There were only 3 clothes hangers, so you might want to bring some. Also, no bedding provide for pull out couch, so bring a blanket if plan on using. Would definitely have taken advantage of the grilling/courtyard areas if our stay was longer. Loved the pool & had it completely to myself one morning. Not close to downtown, but we love the golf carts so we didn't mind. Will definitely be back again!

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The condo was clean and well decorated with a nice view in a good, quiet location. It's mayfly season which caused some problems opening and closing the sliding screen doors, so some extra cleaning of the tracks would have been appreciated. We did have some issues with getting a golf cart. We were given the wrong keys and it took over and hour for us to get the right ones. Apparently, the keys were taken to our room even though we stated several times we were waiting at the golf cart, so there was a lack of communication on someone's part and we should have been better compensated for it, but overall we enjoyed our stay

The views from this Waterfront Condo are absolutely incredible! We enjoyed as much time as we could looking out over the water and enjoying the boats and airplanes going by (there is a little airport on the other side of the condos, so you can see both!). The condo was decorated nicely and had all the items we needed to cook an easy breakfast. We didn't get a chance to grill but there are gas grills outside on the big patio. Tony brought us a golf cart and we had a blast driving around the island and the kids got to see everything. But is the lighthouse really haunted? That's debatable. Every time we needed something like extra toilet paper, they gladly brought us extra. We will definitely be returning!

I had a fantastic time at the Put-in-Bay Waterfront Condo. I photographed beautiful sunrises and moons on the lake from my deck. There was plenty of space in the condo and it was well supplied with everything I needed except food. The bed was comfortable and the place was spotless.A rented golf cart could get me anywhere on the island.

Put in Bay condos are amazing! We couldn't believe our luck in finding a room available. Fantastic layout, beautiful and clean. Better even than the photos. Thanks for the review. We apologize if someone told you that there is a DVD unit, but nowhere on our unit descriptions, websites, or brochures do we advertise DVDs. We don't hav any notes that anyone asked about this when making the booking either. This is a possibility to have one available for rent in the future. This is the first review not to recommend our brand new Put-in-Bay Waterfront Condos... based on not having a DVD player...

Rented this one bedroom condo for a two day getaway "Bash on the Bay". Beautiful, new condo with upscale amenities; large kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, soft close cabinetry and family size fridge, comfy leather furniture, two huge flat screen TV's and tastefully decorated "beach chic". Did not utilize all amenities on such a short stay. Large deck with sturdy, comfortable chairs overlooking the waterfront. Unfortunately, no screen on patio and bugs drawn to condo light at night. Bugs in tracks of screen door hindered the door closing smoothly. Condo overall was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom towels and bed linens provided. Beds slept well and sheets were so soft, but would have liked more pillows. Basics, like paper products and kitchenware were provided. Very beautiful condo but layout was awkward.
Bedroom was near entrance of condo. Window with the head of beds were up against the wall to the walkway and parking lot. A lot of noise from people coming up stairs and using walkway especially those late night partiers. We were woken up a couple of times each night. Furnace/air conditioner was in bedroom closet and also very disturbing as your trying to fall asleep. Bedroom lacked any type of dresser to put your clothes in and no luggage rack for your suitcase. One small closet with shelves near laudry room which was also off of back of bedroom. Had to put TV controller and our cellphone/alarm clock on window seal. Bathroom was very spacious and had large shower. Again, no type of vanity or shelving to put your personal items. No blowdryer provided. Only place to put personal items was undersink vanity which was already housing two toilet plungers and a toilet brush. Did not feel comfortable putting my personal items with them. Enjoyed our stay, did not get to use beautiful pool. For the money, would like to see dresser in bedroom and blowdryer and storage in bathroom. Staff pleasant and very accessible.
