Location is key for this South Bass Island vacation home rental. Directly across from the Island Club Pool, you and your guests will have front row access to the fun pool area. This home features three bedrooms and two full baths. There are accommodations for up to eight guests on this property. Step outside the rear sliding glass door to the outdoor wooden deck area. Sit in the shade as you cook on your provided propane grill. A smaller wooden deck can be found in the front of the home. The kitchen and dining areas are joined, giving the home an open feel. There is a full service kitchen complete with full size appliances. Pots, pans, dishes and utensils are provided to bring out the chef in your group.

"We booked house 13 for an August stay and were very pleased with the entire experience. We recognized the house since it is right across from the pool. It is conveniently located not far from the Island Club entrance also. The open floor plan in the main area of the house allowed everyone in our party to hang out in one area. We were told new beds, dressers and tables were installed just before our stay so that made the experience that much better. The back patio offered some quiet away from the pool and front road. We would certainly request this house again. "

"I loved this rental place. It was just perfect for a family of 6. It had all the kitchen amenities and was very spacious. The place itself was in a wooded lot, we enjoyed waking up early, going for walks and just sitting by the porch with a tea. Having swimming pool just across our room was an added benefit. My kids love swimming pool. The checkin process was super convenient and the resort even had a pickup /drop off for the golf cart rental which was super nice.

"Nice facility, water heater not turned on and took a while to locate, in closet and had to remove paneling to get to. Light fixture in kitchen almost fell down but we fixed it, it was loose and partially hanging when we checked in.

there were no major problems with the property but the place needed some work. The walls were patched in a couple of places but not sanded or painted. The main (large) burner on the stove did not work and was missing the support under it. There were burns in the carpet. All-in-all it met our needs for three guys on a fishing trip but I would not have wanted to bring my family on a vacation to this property. Dottie was very helpful and easy to contact."

I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone, especially younger adults who are looking to have a good time. Everything was nice and neat when we got there and clean. The only problem we had was the outlets, many of them did not work and our phones could not charge. Out of all the outlets in the house (there was a lot) only about 3 worked. We didn't let this ruin our trip though! Overall it was a great stay and I can't wait to go back!!!"

"We rented the Island Club #13 house from 20-22 June 2014. The location was excellent, across from the pool and a few miles from downtown. The house was fine for a short stay. It was clean and all amenities are as described in the site. Furniture/decor could use updating. As advertised, the house can accommodate eight; however, the dinner table can only sit six. The house does not have some basic electronics found in rental properties at this very high price range ($1500/weekend) such as stereo system or DVD player. It also lacks a fire extinguisher, which is a safety concern especially if the kitchen and/or grill are used. Although WiFi is advertised near the pool, it did not work. Dottie, from customer service, was very helpful throughout the reservation process and during our stay."
