Great Spot

"Usually I try to camp if I go up there but my girlfriend convinced me to stay here. I loved it because it was far enough away from the craziness that you could enjoy the nature of Put-in-Bay, but also go over to enjoy the craziness too! Clean and spacious. "

"Overall the cabin was pretty nice. Clean and had everything you need for your stay outside of linens and towels that you need to bring. But, that is stated several times up front through text messages and emails. The location is close to the downtown area and quiet throughout the evening hours. Wi-Fi is slow, but you are on an island and that should be expected. Use your phone/tablet with cell service to watch. The property management team was great with almost too much communication. LOL. They send multiple reminder emails/texts so don't ever say you didn't know about something. I would recommend this location.

"I’ve been coming to Put-in-Bay for over 20 years, and this trip couldn’t have been more different. Usually, I’m here for a weekend of questionable decisions with friends. This time? A work conference. Somehow I discovered there’s actually a peaceful side to the island!

Island Club #27 ended up being the perfect place to unwind after long conference days. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I loved that every bed had two big, fluffy pillows (it’s the little things!).

The customer service was outstanding. When I realized the soaking tub in the master bathroom was missing a stopper, I called the office expecting they’d tell me where to buy one. Instead, they immediately sent someone over. I’m pretty sure the gentleman even made a trip to the hardware store just to bring me one. That’s the kind of service you don’t forget.

Speaking of the tub... I was pleasantly surprised by how much hot water there was. I expected a lukewarm bath at best, but instead got a long, relaxing soak—exactly what I needed in the middle of an island that’s usually known for organized chaos.

I also paid the extra fee for the linens and towels, and it was absolutely worth it. Having a full-size washer and dryer in the house was another unexpected bonus. It made it easy to keep up with laundry, swimsuits, and beach towels during the trip.

My only tip for future guests: bring coffee and coffee filters. The house has a standard drip coffee maker (not a Keurig). If you forget, don’t panic—the grocery store behind Beer Barrel Saloon has everything you’ll need.

Whether you’re visiting for a wild weekend with friends or, like me this time, discovering that Put-in-Bay can actually be relaxing, I’d absolutely stay here again. Great house, excellent customer service, and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. ⭐⭐⭐"

"We stayed here as 9 adults. It was the perfect size and right amount of beds and bathrooms to accommodate. Not too far from downtown. Staff was super helpful and came to help us right away when our golf cart stopped working and when we arrived and our outside trash smelled like fish (from past guests), they cleaned it immediately. Would recommend!"

"This is our second year staying at the Island Club and we couldn’t recommend it enough. It is very family friendly, but would also be the perfect spot for an adult trip too. Our kids loved spending their time at the pool, exploring the grounds and riding around in the golf cart. We feel that this is the perfect spot to stay on the island, as it’s secluded from town but a short enough good cart distance away. We did run into some hiccups on this trip, such as our golf cart malfunctioning in the middle of town, but the management was quick to fix this problem and accommodate us. We can’t wait to come back again next year & make more memories at the bay. "

"Place is great. Right next to where you pick up golf carts. No..this does not make it noisy at all. In fact it's a peaceful spot right by the pool. no neighbors really.. shady backside. Clean..has everything you need except bed sheets towel and washcloths..but it can if you spend a little extra. It's a great spot#27..I have already booked again for next year (different location in the island club as I need more rooms) confidently. Island Club knows what they're doing..highly recommended. "

"We were completely satisfied with our stay at house 27. Our only complaint is the size of one of the showers. The “RV” size one in the bathroom is horrible for a grown person. We all had to use the other bathroom. "

"The condo could have used a good cleaning. The maintenance staff were amazing. We had a flat on our golf cart and they were there within 5 minutes to fix it. Mitko took us into town and picked us up after the repair.He was extremely helpful and friendly!!!The rest of the staff was also very friendly. The place was very quiet at night too."
