"Great condo for our family. 6 adults and 6 kids, 12 yr old down to 1 yr old. Kitchen stocked well to prepare meals. Appreciated the extras like dish soap, hand soap, starter paper towels and toilet paper! Sheets and towels. The 3 for cleanliness was due to the deck, exterior of the sliders. "

"We had a wonderful time staying in room 106 at Put in Bay Condos. We had a mixed group of first timers and experienced PIB vacationers. view of the water and wildlife. Pool area was lovely. The weather was incredible the whole weekend. Our group enjoyed our time relaxing and sunbathing.

We rented 3 golf carts while there. Two of them worked out well. The third unfortunately broke down on our second night there and there were no carts available to replace it. We made due the third night shuttling our group in shifts. We were refunded for that night.

The band at Round Bar - Benderz was awesome. Such a fun vibe. They played songs every person in any group would enjoy. One man act at Mojito Bay was great also. Splash bar was a fun swim up bar that wasn’t too crowded. We could still converse with each other and all had a spot at the bar.

Seafood at the Boardwalk was incredible. Peel and eat shrimp and lobster Bisque.

Bobby the property manager was amazing. Such a pleasant and fair person to deal with. He made our stay special. Go Bills! "

"We had 2 condos to accommodate 16 family members. They were spacious and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. Bobby was the best even stopping the middle of his lunch to help. We had a wonderful time even sitting on the deck watching the snakes in the water. Many thanks to all."

"We've stayed at these condos twice, in different units. I love that they are right on the water and you can hear the waves lapping the shore right from your own porch. I also appreciate that it isn't right smack dab in the center of town, but just a short golf cart ride away. We accidentally left something valuable behind this trip and the management company's response in getting it back to us quickly and undamaged was outstanding. I'm sure we'll come back yet again! "

"The condo was very nice and spacious. The condo seemed clean except for the living room floor. Everyone’s socks got dirty on the bottom. Cleaning supplies were very sparse. We had to call for garbage bags."

"This unit was ideally located close enough to the action but not right in the middle so there was plenty of time to rest and recharge. The unit was clean upon arrival, and spacious for our family. The neighbors above us were a little noisy, but that’s to be expected. "

"The balcony overlooking Lake Erie was our happy place. We liked most everything. There weren’t any wine glasses even though it said there would be. Only a hodgepodge of plastic mugs and cups but we made-do. A few burnt out light bulbs made it dark inside...so little things bed to be looked at, but over all a very nice experience. Two rooms are very nice the other two could use another nightstand or luggage rack.

"We have a group of nine ladies that have rented a co do for 2 years in a row and will continue. The condo was clean and plenty big and fully stocked. The patios looking over the water are beautiful. The only draw back this year was the pool was very cloudy and the bathroom at the pool area needs attention. Otherwise, it’s a great location and being able to rent golf carts on the property is a bonus. "

"Excellent stay Labor Day weekend! The 11 of us had plenty of room in this spacious condo! Very close to all amenities, and the local taxis just cost $3 to take you anywhere on the island! We will definitely be planning a trip to come back and stay at the waterfront condos next summer"
