"Overall it was a great time. Spacious condo, nice bedrooms, clean pool and one heck of a view. Only drawbacks were the lack of pillows. 1 per person. The fridge was slow to cool down. The patio was full of ashes. We had to reclean it. "
"The condo is absolutely beautiful and huge we had 12 girls stay there and we had tons of space! It was a bit dirty the shower upstairs was clogged with so much hair from people before we couldn’t use it at all during our stay. The balcony off the master bedroom had garbage and hair. And a broken board on it from the people before. Other then that our stay there was perfect we loved the location and view !"
"Great place to stay. All the staff and other guest were extremely friendly Just make sure you keep backdoor closed tight as night as the bugs from the lake love tohe lights from in the condos"
"We unfortunately arrived at the tail end of Christmas in July and felt for the staff of the condos having to work so hard to clean up from the party goers. The condo was beautiful and our family enjoyed our stay very much. Always a few small glitches but the staff was so nice and ready to help in every way possible."
"we had 2 condos and everyone had an awesome time - plenty of room - the place was very spacious and clean. Spent time at the pool too which was great."
"We had a good time. It was relaxing. "
"We loved the Put-In-Bay waterfront Condo. So much that we have already decided to do it again next year. We loved to condo, the view, the size, everything, the idea we could rent a golf cart at the property was another plus. Two thumbs up. "
"The condos are very accomodating. Good sized pool. Lots of grills available. Great spaces to hang out (pool, patios, balconies, etc.); we even had a huge, dry space to play cornhole one afternoon on the patio by the grills. Convenient and easy to get downtown -- $3/person shuttles arrive within 5-10 minutes of a call. We already talked about booking one again for next year. "
"River front condo stay is amazing. i stayed along with 10 friends in this condo and we enjoyed a lot.
Only minor issue we had is the refrigerator which was not working the way it should on the first night, staff fixed it next day early morning and no issues later. Over all we enjoyed the stay. Having drinks with with friends in the beach view is an awesome experience. Condos look exactly same as what they show in the pictures."
"Great we were all able to stay in one condo instead of a couple different rooms "
"We had a group of 11 stay at the condo over the 4th of July week for 6 days. We found the condo to be absolutely perfect for our large group. The condo is very large with 4 bedrooms, multiple decks and 3 bathrooms. The deck furniture is top of the line and we spent a lot of time on the main one which comfortably fit all of us as we played games and enjoyed the fantastic view and sun. The condo was everything we could ask for and was even nicer than we expected. An additional bonus is the pool which we also spent a couple of hours a day at. It was clean, large and not overly crowded. We would definitely come back for another vacation!"
Are we able to bring our own alcohol to the Put in Bay Waterfront Condo pool?

There is currently no liquor license at the pool. so yes, you can bring your own beverages to the pool area as long as they are not in glass bottles.
I am renting a 12 person condo. How many vehicles are we allowed?
Asked On 04/29/2018 Answered on 05/08/2018
Each of our Condo owners has one parking spot so just one vehicle maximum. Most people who come to the island leave their cars on the mainland anyway because they don't want to pay the $50 roundtrip fee and the fact that there is barely any parking on the island (other than at rental homes and condos) for non-golf-cart vehicles. We do, however, usually recommend that for longer term (ie non-weekend) rentals, that our guests bring one vehicle packed with all their coolers and luggage and sheets/towels and food/bev and whatever else they may need so that they don't have to lug it all onto the boat. Most guests meet on the mainland at one of the free or paid parking lots and stack and pack their biggest vehicle and then everyone but the driver walks onto the ferry boat. There is free and paid parking at both of the ferry docks, as well as free parking at the Miller Ferry on the island if you absolutely have to bring more than one car across.
